We had a big catering order, complete with allergy needs and extra asks - and I just have to say the staff was so on it. They really went above and beyond to help make our event great, and everyone really loved the food. Jessie, Asher, and Gwyn were very careful about cross contamination (we have a few attendees with significant allergies) and were so sweet and amazing, and I really appreciate all of their help ❤

Occasionally, I treat myself to a new to me book and a Southwest salad from Sourdough and Co. The employees are always nice and friendly, and my salad hits the spot every time. I enjoy sitting at a high table by the window and people watching.

Food was incredible, fresh and real.. had large chicken Caesar salad, Italian flatbread and pastrami sandwich.. also soup breadboard.

My family and I were so impressed with the quality of food.. and the service was great, younger kids but with enthusiasm..

Walked around the area and decided to eat here .. the best decision we made!
Sat outside and they brought us our lunches (fire roasted vegetable soup, caprese salad sandwich and a turkey and cheese sandwich), no need for dinner, there was so much food

We ha the brisket, roast beef, pastrami, and pesto chicken. All were fresh, with fresh bread and just absolutely great sandwiches, good price too.

There was a confusion about the hours of operations on Sunday which are 11-6pm. I reached out to Sourdough & Co via Facebook messenger and received a responds promptly and the next day I even received a personal call from the manager apologizing about the confusion and going above and beyond to make the situation right. Absolutely stellar customer service.

And oh the sandwiches are incredible so come check them out.

The food was good and the ladies behind the counter were very kind and helpful. We sat inside because it was crazy hot outside but this location is prime for enjoying downtown Placerville as you sit outside facing the bell tower. They have live music as well when the weather permits, I have not been disappointed.

Jill and I were looking for a place to eat before doing our show at The Wine Smith just up the road. For some reason, although we had been thinking a restaurant, we spotted Sourdough & Co. and decided to give try. It turned out to be a great decision! we ordered up, and the Rubin I had was without a doubt, the best Rubin I'd ever had! Then, we met a guy, Dana, and started a conversation. Turns out he is a wonderful guitarist and vocalist. Also turned out that he owned the place!! We now play regularly in Placerville, and our first stop is ALWAYS the Sourdough & CO!! Best sandwiches anywhere, and it's a pleasure to chat with Dana. Great place & great owner!!!

Consistently great food, fairly priced, and one of my go to restaurants. My kids and I love love love the food. And as a bonus... The owner has gone above and beyond to revitalize Main Street and businesses at the Bell Tower by adding live music on the weekends. Thank you for caring about Placerville!

Had a sandwich and a side of mac and cheese, both were delicious. The sourdough bread was fresh and soft. Perfect road trip stop.

Such a cute spot for a quick lunch in downtown Placerville on main street. Ordered the Chicken salad sandwich with house spread and it was delicious!
