I've been waiting for my food (done in) for 13 mins and counting!!!! Still waiting for my food........ IDK WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT, I CAN TELL YOU THIS MUCH, GOOD LUCK FINDING ANY OF THAT HERE AT THIS POINT!

When I come most times it’s a one man show and he’s funny and efficient even though they need to do better on their truck order they always running out or don’t have stuff which is annoying but bittersweet cause the one man show makes me forget a lil bit 🤏🏽😅

I do have complaints but it is only corporate vise. The past 3 orders I have done came through the Taco Bell app. They take the money but the order doesn’t go to the store. Each time I have to end up going to the store. Today the staff was friendly and accommodating. The manager tonight went above and beyond to make sure my order was done correctly. I wish they would fix the app but I will let you know the staff had all interest in getting the order prepared and ready. Lets you know humans are better than technology. Keep up the good work but figure out your application. You put hinders on employees that shouldn’t have to.

I go to taco bell atleast once a week this location was one of my favorites. Not because of the food but the staff. She have life in them when they help you and very accommodating. The young lady actually smiled while she was helping me.

Christopher A was currently working the drive through when placed my order. This guy was very professional and displayed great customer services. While placing my order he made sure he answered all the questions I had. He also discussed promotions and surveys the company had to offer. While at the window he greeted me respectfully and reviewed my order again. When my order came he looked through he bag to make sure I had everything I need. The food was hot and fresh. Christopher wish me a great day. After a long day at the office his customer services and professionalism was greatly appreciated.

Ordering was fast and friendly. Malik was working the window and he was awesome. Polite young man. Made sure the order was correct after I placed it and was kind through the entire experience.
Our food was made fresh and a expected.

Drive through was fantastic! The chipper lady who took our order when we were having a rough day told us to have a "taco-tastic day" and guess what? We did. Nachos were great, fresh food, and the crunch wrap supreme was on point. I enjoyed our visit.

These people that work here are so sweet they gave my daughter a strawberry drink that she wanted for free. I thought my child was going to make a mess lol. The nice cashier didn’t have to do that for my daughter thanks to them 💖

I came in and got the grilled cheese burrito and it was fire, very good and make fast. Not to mention all the females in there fine asf… Especially the short darkskin girl is it’s purple hair!!!!!! Ask for her!!!!

I was very impressed with the service I received from Emauria D. She practiced all safety precautions, I inserted & removed my card myself. She was so nice and on-point!

I love that there's a Long John Silvers and Taco Bell connected. Service was fast in dining room. Staff was friendly. Gave me a double order of fries since they were out of cole...which i was going to throw away anyway lol

Order nacho fries was told it would be a five minute wait, than I was told the fryer went down never fries or refind

The employees here at this location in Lithonia on Fairington were very nice at the drive thru and the Long John Silver's was fish was great and did not taste old or fishy.

Best Taco Bell service I've ever had. They were so nice, even though I came through at midnight and ordered a ton of food.

Fast , friendly, neatly done food prep when you receive your order. Bonus , foods good and hot fresh. Great job!!

Amazingly great customer service. It catches you off guard his nice and helpful the young people are here. They are very pleasant and polite.
