I was having trouble finding a new PS4 controller and a warranty. Walked in and Garrett went above and beyond to help me not only buy a new controller, but sign me up for the rewards program! Definitely coming to this location from now on!

They don't answer your phone call because they're focusing their attention on customers in the store. Gamestop has an app that can answer most of your questions to save you a phone call.

Overall good staff, the assistant Eli is usually pretty crappy towards me whenever I go in. Everyone else is cool.

Been going to this Gamestop couple years now, store is always clean and well stocked. The guys are very helpful, especially Randy and Scott! They always help me find good deals or those rare items I'm searching for.

Been buying games here for years never once a problem with staff. Sure sometimes got a bad disc but they were always glad to swap it out no problem. Wouldn't buy my games anywhere else honestly!

My son's play video games and they both like the variety offered here and the staff is always more than willing to "explain" to me what I'm paying for. Ha! Real friendly people here.

Employes are very helpful and knowledgeable, and know exactly what I am saying, and seem to understand over the phone, too. These guys have helped me fix X-Boxs and Wii consoles for me, and I wouldn't think there would be a bussiness like it out there!
