618 electric

I had to replace an outdoor outlet that now powers my hot tub I purchased in the Spring. I bought the home 3 years ago and have had to do this once a year even when the plug wasn't used but every so often. It went out again about 4 weeks later, something told me I thinks it's rain getting in even though it had a protective cover. I requested when they return if they could put a better more waterproof cover on as well. I was at work for 10 hours and with a cold and came home to find they took care of it and I really think this new cover will do the trick. To my dismay, the work was on the house. Wow. I plan to upgrade some lighting when I have time to pick out what I want. I know who I'll be calling. Thank you.

Same as Liv, called about getting hooked back up to electrical, said he'd be out that day and would call me back that day. I get it, everyone's busy; the people we ended up booking are six weeks out. But even a "too busy not interested" call is fine. Seemed friendly enough but I'm not going to hound the guy for a quote.

Called to schedule an appointment for some simple wiring work — great on the phone and best price in the area. Come day of the appointment, no one ever shows up. I called throughout the day, and there was no answer from the two phone numbers provided on google. I gave them a few days and figured they’d call back, but they never did. It’s been a week and I was never able to get a hold of anyone at 618. Not sure if this is a legit business or not, but I don’t recommend.
