Palmer's Septic

We had Frank come and take care of our septic just a couple of weeks ago. He not only pumped our septic, he took the time to give information about how to keep it running well and also checked the baffles in the tank to make sure they were in good shape. He was quick but did not rush the job. I will definitely be calling him again when the time comes.

Palmer's Septic pumped our septic tank last summer. Frank gave a lot of great insight on the condition of our system and how to maintain it well. Frank clearly was very knowledgeable and experienced. He also took great care to keep from getting any waste on the lawn. Definitely will use Palmer's again.

Frank from Palmer’s Septic responded to me promptly, got us on the schedule immediately, came on time, and was friendly and informative. Palmer’s was our 3rd attempt in getting our tank serviced and pumped. The lid on our septic was particularly stubborn, but Frank didn’t give up and got the job done! We talked about installing a riser, as we both shared a concern about the safety of hole in the ground to access the tank (have a toddler and a puppy and have been feeling anxious about this). Definitely will reach out to Palmer’s again!

Had a full septic tank that was thankfully just backing up outside. Made a call and provided information through texting which was super helful and was scheduled for a pumping the same week. Very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. Frank was excellent and would recommend him. Definitely will use again. What I liked the most was that he didn't just come to do the job and leave, he took the time to talk about my system and the filter that I knew nothing about on the outflow line that needs cleaning at least once a year. Certainly appreciated that information and the information about collars for the tank caps and where to get them. Thank you Frank for your professionalism, timeliness, and ability to connect with your customers.

Frank came to the rescue today! He came early this morning, picked up a shovel and started digging to further expose my septic caps- it was hard work through clay and rock… pumped the septic, taught me about the filter, went inside to see the basement which was leaking sewer from the pipes, found the clean-out that the plumber before him told me didn’t exist- opened it and problem solved for me. I needed a plumber to return, remove the toilet and deep snake beneath the toilet. Them he made calls for me until we found someone to come. All of this, with a large party coming from Cali. to airbnb my house. He understood the urgency and was very generous with the time!

I am so glad I called Palmer's. He was fantastic. We hadn't pumped in a while and he made the process great. He also found a broken outlet pipe and fixed that. Experience counts! Look No Further. Just call him.

Palmer septic was able to fit us in his already busy schedule on short notice for a Septic tank pumping, which was much appreciated and probably saved us from having further issues, and provided full inspection. Cheerful and professional is the way I would describe the service. Frank pumped my two tanks and gave me useful advice. Not a fun job, but Frank made it a good time. Gotta love somebody that takes such pride in their work. It’s rare these days.
