Excellent service from start to finish. Got back to me very quickly and service was done the next day. Very reasonable rates. Would highly recommend. Jason is the guy to call.

We thought we had a septic issue. We called Jason and he came over the next day within the time window that he stated. My daughter was home to let them in and communicated with me via speakerphone. They worked quickly to assess that we actually did not have a problem and explained what had happened. They recommended that we have a cleaning to make sure our 30 year old system was going to continue to operate effectively and what they would need to do. When I asked the service fee, Jason said, "None!" you didn't have a problem. I have no need to charge you for anything." He very easily could have charged us for his time, but wouldn't. When we do the maintenance for the system, I will 100% call Thresher Septic Services. Plus--these guys are very personable, friendly, and kind.

What I liked most about working with Jason (owner) is that he is a man of his word, which is sadly becoming a thing of the past. He worked with me to get a new septic system installed on a house I was selling. The issue was that the system was to be installed after I sold the house, funded through escrow. Before the sale, he quoted me a price, and stuck to it to the penny. He had every opportunity to take advantage of the situation since escrow was funded to 1.5x his quote, and I had moved across the country! But instead, JASON KEPT HIS PROMISE by holding to the quoted price. This was even after the county required him to rebuild the mound! (it wasn’t exactly how they wanted it...ridiculous.) Besides his honesty, Jason was responsive and very knowledgeable, coming from decades of experience (growing up with his dad in the business). It was a pleasure working with Jason and I would recommend Thresher Septic / Excavating to anyone.

Hire these guys! They are very knowledgeable and fair. Fixing or replacing a septic system can feel like throwing money in a hole. But Thresher Septic will keep you informed about what needs to happen and why throughout the repair/replacement process. Their good reputation is justly earned.

Called three times. Left a message three times. Was patient in waiting. Received zero callbacks. It's a shame as the service reviews look great. However, that's no good to me if I can't get a call back.

Only rated a 1 bc they never returned my call. Left a message with answer service last Thursday. As of today no return call. So we scheduled someone else to do it
But understand ... it’s only bc customer service. I’m sure they are a great place to use and looks like they have great reviews
