These people are very helpful and have good prices on chemicals. There are several pool stores closer to me but I drive 20 minutes out of my way to do business here.

i have been with the motel im with now for 9 years and the staff at pool service are the best very professional and friendly everytime i have a problem they are there to fix would never go any place else keep up the good guys yall are the best in my book

I called because my Polaris wasn't working and I needed my pool vacuumed, they have yet to contact me and tell me when someone will be coming out.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SERVICE CENTER. We ordered a new liner with them 7 months ago to be the first on their list when the season began. We were told at the time to order early to get the previous season’s prices. We have been calling since March to find out the status and were repeatedly told that we are next on their list to install the liner. We find out today that they don’t even have our liner. All explanations that we have been told so far have been blatant lies. We would only call every two weeks because we were trying to be patient and not harass them. Starting last week, they quit answering our calls. We had to physically go there to find out they didn’t even have the liner on hand. I REPEAT, do not do business with them.

Piss poor customer service. Dont rely on them to get a job done by a certain date was in no rush to get my pool fixed when I first contacted them and they were supposed to have someone come out and get measurements and know exactly what was going to be needed to be repaired they never showed up for that and went up to the store and are now saying they will not even be able to get the pool fixed for like another 2 months!
