Thank you very much for the repair of my washing machine. He was very thorough, quick and obviously knew his profession. I was very happy with his work and I would definitely use this company again as they hire very smart, polite, professional, & competent workers. Thank you again.

Very pleased with the service. Kenneth did a great job balancing the French doors on our refrigerator that the installer was unable to balance. Professional and thorough! We are new to the area and will use again if we have an appliance repair need.

Our 5 year old dryer started making a squealing noise and through our warranty service we requested Doctor Appliance because our previous experience with them was so good.

The technician, Josh, was prompt and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and then made the necessary repair plus completely cleaned the interior of the dryer. He gave us a couple helpful tips and then was on his way. This was a very pleasant experience and we found Josh a very professional and helpful technician. Once again, great service from Doctor Appliance.

Dawson fixed our LG refrigerator compressor. He was very thorough and explained why new parts are needed in addition to the compressor. He and his helper, David, were professional, polite, non-intrusive and they cleaned everything up before they left.

Excellent experience with Alex. The automated system notified us when he would be on the way and he fixed the problem rapidly. I was so relieved that if he had needed a part, he said he would’ve had it with him. It was so nice that he was able to fix what was existing, and the dishwasher is back in operation!!
I was frustrated with the fact that the Frigidaire dishwasher was new and was not working properly. Apparently it had been sitting too long and the washer motor seized up was not working. Alex explained very specifically what the problem was and recommended we run the dishwasher with a cup of vinegar every time. Very good tip!

They were in time ! Honest and dependable ! Got the job done! My only thing and it’s completely me and myself and nothing from them ! My head and ears are so clogged that i didn’t get the whole conversation yesterday and for some reason I thought they had to NBC one back due to had to get a part! Then I got the receipt and all and realize they had done and finish the job!! Wasn’t sure of everything and all but I am so happy these good honest respectable people came out and fix my washer !! I will nighly recommend them for any job ! They say they will be there at a certain time and they are there !! Thank you so much for coming out and helping me !!!

Nathan was wonderful. He explained everything he was doing and made me feel like I was part of the process and not just an annoying spectator. If I could give him a personal rating it would be 10/10 as well.

Dawson was fantastic at the speed in which he installed the new parts & checked to see that our range was working properly! Doctor Appliance was great! Excellent communication before the visit, showed up when they said they would, did the job quickly and cleaned up any mess! You can’t ask for better than that. Technicians were professional and friendly. Highly recommend!!

Alex was my service technician. He was very efficient, polite, and explain the whole process as he was repairing my dryer. They had the parts that I needed right on the truck so repair was completed in one trip. My dryer is drying my clothes again! Communication was top-notch, and I will use them again if needed. This was through my Lowe’s extended warranty service.

Nathan, the Service Tech, showed up on time and diagnosed and fixed the issue in no time! Got a "heads up" automated call about an hour before Nathan showed up stating he was finishing up his current call and would be on his way (as the email from DOCTOR APPLIANCE stated I would). DOCTOR APPLIANCE had an earlier opening and called me and set up this appointment. Worked out great. NOW we have CRAFT ICE again in our LG frig!!! Thank you Nathan and Doctor Appliance LLC!!!

I am totally impressed by the service I received from Doctor Appliance and would highly recommend them. The technician (Matthew?) was very competent, capable and knowledgeable as he repaired a problem he had not encountered before. A piece on the bottom of my washer that regulated the tub motion had fused with another part and gotten partially shaved off. Fortunately he had all the parts in his van and quickly repaired the machine. When he realized that the same thing would happen again unless he created a bit more space between the two pieces, he took it apart again, added a few extra washers for spacing and my machine is good as new. All this was accomplished in under half an hour.

I was very impressed with how quickly he diagnosed and repaired the washer as well as with his friendly customer service. I called Doctor Appliance before he was even out of my driveway to tell them what an awesome experience I had.

Thank you to David for being prompt, knowledgeable and personable. I was so happy he was able to fix my GE Dryer. Dr Appliance will be my go to for any issues. Thanks again to David.

The tech was on time, polite, and fully knowledgeable on what was happening and how to fix it. He repaired the water leak on my refrigerator then cleaned the area under and behind it. He was professional and represented your company well !

This was an interesting experience. On the one hand, the repair for this washer took entirely too long at 7 weeks. On the other hand, Doctor Appliance was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. The duration was due to the original manufacturer’s problems of poor engineering, lack of parts availability, and lack of common sense. None of this is the fault of Doctor Appliance.

At slightly less than 1 year from the date of purchase and coincidentally the end of the warranty period, the primary structure of the Electrolux washer failed. When originally researching the washer, the reviews were off the charts with both a high score and large number of reviewers. The washer had been one of the best we owned, until it failed. Now we wonder if any of the reviewers had used the washer for over 1 year.

After the initial service call where Doctor Appliance found the failure, instead of replacing the washer, the manufacturer chose to repair it. After waiting for over six weeks for the part, we tried every trick in the book to escalate within Electrolux’s customer service but were stonewalled.

Finally the parts arrived and the second service call with Doctor Appliance scheduled. Yesterday, the washer was repaired and is working great, at least for now. Alex was very efficient and effective as the washer required total disassembly in order to replace the broken part.

In the end, the cost of the part and labor were more than the cost of a new washer. And now Electrolux has lost a customer for good!

Our Technician, Franklin was tied up on another job for much longer than expected but he kept me informed of what was going on and offered to come here afterwards or he gave me the opportunity to reschedule. I chose to wait for him. He was able to identify and repair our ice maker very quickly and it is once again working correctly.

Alex and Zack just left my house after doing some warranty work on my Beko microwave. Excellent service. Great guys. Professional and cordial. Nothing but good things to say about them.

Alex, with Doctor Appliance, was terrific. He phoned in advance to let me know when he was coming, he arrived right on time, he was pleasant and very very knowledgeable in his area of expertise, he showed me how to disassemble my washer to clean it out, he found the problem immediately, he told me how to prevent any errors occurring in the future, and what to do if there were any errors in the future. He was most helpful and p
leasant and I will never call anyone else to repair my appliances.

We had a great experience! Within 30 minutes of pulling into the driveway, he found the problem that the last repairman missed at least twice! It was a manufacturer defect and it can’t be fixed. (So we get a new one) He submitted the report to Frigidaire and answered all of our questions before he left.
