Great McDonald’s. Much different atmosphere than a “fast food place”. It felt like a regular sit in restaurant. The manager or someone senior was so nice!!! He came up to us and even asked us if everything was okay and asked us if there was anything else that we wanted!!!

I truly cannot emphasize the significance of Armando’s customer service any greater. His demeanor and concern for my order and satisfaction was genuine. Moreover, the fries and McDoubles were PHENOMENAL - they were fresh and even the buns on the McDoubles looked picture-perfect. My girlfriend and I were very impressed with the quality, which we cannot say for other locations. Hats off to the kitchen employees who made the food so well, too. Thank you for the great service - It did not go unnoticed🙏

The food here tastes better than any other McDonald’s I’ve been to. The fries are always fresh, hot, perfectly crispy and salted. The nuggets are always cooked to perfection, just the perfect amount of hot and crispy. The burgers are always fresh and juicy. They are not stingy on their sauce and they have yet to mess up my order in all the times I’ve been there. I live in Highland right near a different McDonald’s and will go out of my way to this one because the food is that much better! Keep up the great work!

You can tell when the manager is working because the service is top notch, and you can tell when he's not, because the service is way different. They don't put and out ignore you, its a noticeable difference.

Everything is fine it's just the hours are wrong for the dining area which is closed at 8pm M-S at both redlands Blvd stores in redlands and Loma linda also the drive thru is only 24hrs Fri-Sun rest of the week it closes at 11 pm thanks.

Beaumont mcdonalds on 2nd st needs to learn from redlands on Alabama they're very respectful their customer services impeccable Beaumont stinks is there trash service I live across the street and I won't go there I will drive 20 minutes to come to Redlands

Honestly this place is amazing they cook your food right they make it well done not only that the presentation is good too I come here for breakfast and lunch sometimes even as a last-minute dinner but my family never seems to have negative remarks over this McDonald’s this particular McDonald’s cause I’ve been to many other ones and they suck they really really suck I hate to use that word but they really do but this one is outstanding they know what they’re doing and they just they do it well as for their hamburgers at kid you not as you can see if they’re fresh and you can see that they still have juices like coming out when you squeeze it same thing when you order their egg sausage and the sausage egg McMuffin!! honestly it’s amazing and is juicy too! But well cooked as well and crispy! Highly recommended

This review is for my 5 year old grandson. He goes nuts to stop here. I can't pass by this place without him shouting and pointing from the back seat, "GO THERE, GO THERE!" Staff is always nice and courteous. It's so sad to see the playground closed, but I respect the precautionary measures.

I come here often when hunger hits for a quick meal, customer service is great, fast service, and very polite staff, food is always hot.

It was very excellent, however, there was a homeless man in there. He stunk up the place so terribly. The staff was very nice to him but the restaurant area was really foul. It's a sad situation with no answers to help the homeless. I love McDonald's, but I don't to smell what I smelled last week.

Quick drive-thru stop for some tasty refreshments. I picked up chicken McNuggets, a regular hamburger, a cookies and cream McFlurry, sweet tea and a frozen Coke. Delicious! I can always count on the food being fresh, hot and tasty!

Fast service drive thru in and out food was good. Every thing if going up in price unbelievable crazy...

This is the best Mc Donald's I ever been to! The flavor of the food is very delicious abd delightful. The customer service is great, everybody is nice and calm place to be in to as well.

Best McDonald's in the area hands down! Staff is always polite, quick, and efficient. Kudos to the managers for keeping a standard!

Our car was getting new tires and we needed to eat. Walked to this McDonald's and the allowed us to sit at the outside dining area!!! Thank you so much to the manager who immediately understood my husband needed to sit down and offered a sitting solution for us to eat. Ordered the Mc Double and Crispy Chicken combos. Great customer service! Food was also good, and plenty of napkins/ condiments. Thank you for being customer friendly!
