KFC

If I go to KFC, which I don't do very often, it will be this one. Doesn't matter how far out I am, I'll wait until I'm in the area. The cashier is always courteous and professional. My food is always hot, which is unusual because most restaurants don't serve hot very often.

They were amazing! People were great! Food was hot and ready! Had a horrible experience at the one on Telegraph!

The last time I was at this particular restaurant was approximately 17 years ago - was impressed by the new look inside - the food was good and the service was better than it was last I went there - the inside was clean and tables wiped down and the booth I sat at was comfortable - I will visit this one again

Have to give the crew an A+ on everything. With the skeleton crew, they had all orders were done, and not one cross word from any employee. I had a good size order, which did take extra time to make, but with them being short-handed this was to be expected. Keep up the great work.

Despite a long wait in the drive thru the overall experience was good. Waiting to get some tasty good KFC is worth the extra wait. The food was hot and prepared to ordered. The staff were very nice and friendly and very apologetic for the wait. But I told them it was no problem.

Had to wait 5 minutes on fresh fries but then they gave me a large fry instead of a small fry! this is the best KFC I've been to In monroe! Also all of the food was amazing! Great customer service by the way!😁

The food was very juicy and good. The restaurant was extremely clean. The workers were nice and helpful. We didn't realize how nicely the inside have been remodeled. Will be definitely coming back to the Monroe Street KFC instead of the telegraph KFC.

Ordered online and picked up right away. 2 in line went quick. Food was good. Great deals online.

I got the famous bowl fill up, let them know I was pregnant so the food could be cooked thoroughly. They made it fresh with no issue, gave me a bunch of cookies and it tasted delicious!

Excellent customer service! We spent a few days at Sterling State Park and this restaurant was one of the two places we felt welcomed and where we received excellent customer service. The young man at the register was very friendly and helpful. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted great. Well done KFC!

I love Monroe's KFC! I hope they keep the Chicken sandwich! Location is nice and clean with friendly staff! Drive thru times can sometimes be a wait during busy hours. I hope the Monroe St location opens back to normal business hours soon though as telegraph is out my way!

Order it to go via the app, save the time in line. They folks filling the orders do a great job, have not had anything wrong or missing.

The drive thru always has a line but the employees here keep in moving all it feels like your not waiting at all. Great service.

The chicken strip meal here is second to none and their honey mustard sauce is wonderful.

Went to KFC tonight. I just the new honey gold basket. It was fantastic! My husband got the new hot one, he thought it was very good!
