Buffalo Wild Wings

I came to this location with my adult IDD client for an early dinner. He was not happy to be there and started to have an episode inside of the restaurant. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were ok and asked if there was anything I needed. There wasn’t hardly anyone in the restaurant but my clients’ screams did startle some that were there. The staff wasn’t afraid, they didn’t awkwardly stare, they tried to HELP - no questions asked. Me and my client left about 3 minutes later and I called in my order instead. The manager, Jessie took my order and we went on a car ride to deescalate my client while they prepared our order. When on the phone, Jessie let me know it wouldn’t be an issue for him to bring the order out to my car, if that made things easier, which it did. He kept his word and I obtained the order without my client having another break down. I am still amazed about how accommodating they were and so helpful when things could’ve been different. Inclusion matters. Acceptance matters. Kindness matters.

I had the pleasure of being served by Mauri during my recent visit, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. Mauri was attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail of our meal was perfect. First time visiting BWW, my boyfriend took me out to eat and they had the best burger I have had in a while. Did not disappoint. Great atmosphere and our server was amazing

Food and Service were wonderful. We Had Appetizers and Drinks. My wife loved the Blue Hawaiian drink.

The best service ever, it doesn't matter the food when the personal in this particular BWW. Treat you like a king, very good job guys specially the Manager whit his great attitude.

Hottie at the takeout. Perfect contribution for a combo of good food and atmosphere. Yum. The hostess is always friendly and accommodating but that said, feel free to order delivery as well if you want the yums at home!

One of the best places to watch any playoff games. Big shout out to V, hardest working bartender in town.

Great place . fast food. Hot and fresh. Bartenders are cool when you don't drink much and picked out good stuff to try.

We visit this location at least once a week, and also an additional time for the weekday lunch deals. The lunch deals are priced great and the service is great!
Our weekend visits are also pleasant. Wait staff is great, orders come out in a very reasonable timeframe. Upbeat atmosphere, clean restaurant and always more than one manager very present throughout.

Been to this location multiple times and I usually only write a review after at least 2 times to ensure consistency. I consistently get great service from the wait staff, bar staff and even management. After last nights visit I felt compelled to write a review to say thank you to our server Derek who made sure our beers were never empty and just overall provided a pleasant dining experience. The manager Allen has been at this location for years and he is always a polite, hard working and more importantly a team player. My wife and I love sitting in booths and at the time of our visit there wasn't an open booth (covid has caused them to shut down every other booth) but the manager (Allen) grab a sani rag and cleaned off a booth for us right after the previous customers left. Truly a great manager and staff!

Mackenzie has restored my faith in the service industry. Wife and I had gone to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Highland Village and almost didn’t stop due to all the cars in the parking lot. But glad we did. The location wasn’t as busy as it looked from the outside. The service Mackenzie provided was nothing short of outstanding! The order was perfect and she was always on point with refills and other request. And it was just us receiving amazing service everyone around us looked like they were receiving the same level of service. Next time your there ask for Mackenzie she will not disappoint!

Great food, fast friendly service and great atmosphere with plenty TV's to watch sports.

If you’re looking for EXCELLENT service, find Demitri at the bar. This guy has service locked down. Checks in often. Never have to look around for him. This isn’t our first time at BDubs. I wish all restaurants could clone his enthusiasm and drive. He gets it! Bravo 👏

Picked up an order to go last night. Compared to the other area restaurants we have picked up to go food from-BWW was the best (very organized and accurate). The managers were helping get the food out. The service was fast, and the food was as good as if we were dining in! The wings and mozzerella sticks were excellent!

Despite some of the reviews, this is a great environment for adults and their families.

To save face there are good employees and managers at this location. Hey! Not every job especially in America will have top notch workers. Sometimes that comes with life. Perfection is only held by The Most High. To sum keep enjoying life even when you feel like it isn't.

Great service and food! I had the buffalo chicken wedge salad and my husband and son had boneless wings. The mild buffalo sauce is flavorful without the heat, the medium buffalo sauce had some heat, not too much for sensitive palates.

This location is great for a family dinner or meeting up with friends. The staff is always so friendly and attentive.
