I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Sean at the Greensburg Verizon store, and I am beyond impressed with the level of service I received. Sean greeted me with a friendly smile, making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.

He had exceptional knowledge about Verizon products and services. He took the time to understand my needs and patiently answered all my questions. His expertise helped me choose the perfect plan and device that suited my requirements.

He went above and beyond to explain the features of my new phone, set it up, and seamlessly transfer all my data. His top-notch customer service made my experience, smooth, and enjoyable. I highly recommend you ask for Sean when you visit the Verizon store.

Stopped in the store because my phone drowned and no longer works. I talked to Nick and boy was I lucky to get him. He spent over and hour with me trying to get into my Google account in order to retrieve my contacts from the cloud because my phone no longer turns on!
