I had an an amazing experience with this office. I was given a lot of extremely useful information about my hearing and am confident that the hearing in my right ear can possibly be restored to near normal. As always my experience at Beltone was pleasant and accomplished what I needed it to.Don looked at my hearing aid and after less than 2 minutes knew just what it needed! He is the connsumate professional and all around nice guy!

This is a great company. The staff was professional and everything was explained to me before any tests were done. And all types of ear pieces were explained as well as cost. I look forward to getting them in few weeks and start hearing again.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST LOCAL HEARING CENTER - Donald at Beltone has been a true blessing for my 86-year-old mom and her new hearing aids. She resides at San Marino Retirement Community, and the location couldn't be better. His caring and patient approach during the initial exam and fitting made the entire experience seamless. Donald's extensive knowledge in his field shines through, leaving us confident with the results. Mom's previous hearing aids were from Costco, but the newer Beltone model is far superior for her hearing loss.

We couldn't be happier with the exceptional service - and feel that Donald treats us like family. We are lucky to have found him, and know that he will continue to take care of my mom with scheduled check-ups. In fact, my sister had her first hearing test today with Donald :)

Highly recommend. I've been a patient at this location for two years now and every appointment is excellent. I receive care that is personalized, friendly, thorough, and never rushed. I leave with all my questions answered, my phonak app working properly, and my hearing aids cleaned and adjusted to meet my hearing needs. I always receive a friendly appointment reminder call, and my appointment always starts on time.

Donald has been working with my mom for over 3 years. He listens to her and cares about her hearing needs. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done, and makes her feel confident she is leaving with the best hearing possible. She is extremely satisfied with his knowledge and patent care.

We drive an hour past 3 other offices to see Donald, and will continue to do so if he moves to a different location.
