Half and half green chili is to die for! Staff was awesome! Had to wait 15 minutes for our steak deluxe burritos- which was great because it came out SO hot and fresh!

3 visits on this trip to Castle Rock. DO NOT MISS breakfast burritos (get some for tomorrow) and their dine in service is fast and pleasant. Happy place for any meal, anytime, here or to go.

First time coming here and it didn’t disappoint. Staff were very welcoming even though we went an hour before closing time. Food was amazing. The sauce on top of the pork chop was delicious! I should’ve chosen hot instead of the mild 😅

Been coming here for months now. The food is great but the people working here are so awesome and friendly. I now eat here at least once a week!

I love this place! The only thing I don’t like is that they don’t allow steak burritos for drive through. But the price for a burrito is very reasonable and the half and half green chile is fantastic.

If you've never tasted green chile in Colorado, they are an essential stop. They have multiple locations all over Denver. Don't bother with the drive thru, it's always busy. Go inside and go early. The half and half green chile fries are a no brainer. The burritos are divine.

We stop by here every time we work south Colorado. Santiagos breakfast burritos! We order the chefs special on any day because they have great choices, why choose, try em all.

I used to frequent Santiago's when I lived in the Denver metro area but they don't have any in Colorado springs. I stopped into the castle Rock location on the way back from the airport. I love the green Chile and buy it at Walmart for home cooking. Great food and prices

The food here is amazing! I always get the Navajo taco. It is delicious. The chili always has an amazing flavor. Very filing.

Made a large order of breakfast burritos online. Easy pick up the next day and they are always terrific!

Love the food! So cheap for great Mexican food! A TON of food too, and a great spot to stop on the way to an adventure or for some quality food! A local told me to try this place, and it didn't disappoint!!

Absolutely my favorite spot in Colorado for breakfast burritos. An old-time classic. I've been eating these things since I was just a little kid after soccer practice and swim meets. They still hit the spot. They are tiny enough that you could house two or even three if you're really motivated. They're always good and consistent. They always have great service. I love this place

My wife and I LOVES Santiago’s! We always gets their sopapillas (chimichanga)! Their chips and salsa is totally worth it, the salsa is hot, but not to hot it gives a good burn! Friendly staff, fast on the bill, just like I like it! Worth a detour!

Always quick even with a long line they pump you through. Great place never under delivers
