Great staff!! Wonderful experience

I was billed 203.00 to be told how much it would cost to pull some teeth. I tried to pay the day of visit they said I didn't owe anything so when I get bill I call them and they told me they had to bill insurance before I could pay for visit. Now the kicker is this they would not pull my teeth without 3500.00 up front before they billed my insurance . That makes zero sense to me So what they are saying is we pick and choose when we let u Pay. Very unprofessional practice in my opinion

In August 2023 I had a consultation and an x-ray. They were suppose to contact me to schedule an appointment to get a tooth extracted. It was January 2024 when I received a bill for over $250.00 with no followup to the consultation. I do not recommend this facility.

Terrible experience. My appointment was 2 pm but they kept me waiting for an hour. The nurse is super rude, and she didn’t listen. After I had a super short talk with the doctor, I was left in the room waiting, while the staff were chitchatting outside the room. Until I came out of the room, stopped their chitchatting, and asked what to do next(wasted over 15 minutes here), the doctor asked someone to take care of me. They charged a lot for useless information I got here.
I’d rather have bad teeth than visiting here. Wasted both my time and money

Took my son in to have surgery. Surgery went well, I was told the price would be 2700 dollars which was paid prior to him having surgery. A month later I get a bill for more money. Called to ask why I was being billed and was given the run around. Then hung up on.

Didn’t do the job I paid them to do, left me with infected teeth after the fact. The angry woman at the front desk hung up on me when I called to question them about it and the large bill I was stuck with despite being told I wouldn’t have to pay more than the $600 they syphoned out of me initially.
