My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the service we received today. I was on the verge of replacing the carpet but started following this company for about six months. I called got an appointment right away. They explained the whole process to me before and how to maintain afterwards. I have already referred someone else and plan on using the maintenance schedule. My home also has a great feeling again I’m glad I chose to use this company. You won’t disappointed. The photo on the right is before and the photo on the left is after. The carpeting in one area was terminal at best. R&W came made it look brand new. The ‘stuff’ they removed blew our minds! We only saw surface dirty. R&W got ALL the dirty - surface and hidden down deep. And no wet carpet when we came home. The picture below is what came out of the carpet. Allergies! Be Gone!

They did an amazing job. I just purchased a home that had animals living here and it was not fit for me to bring little kids in. They came in short notice z was professional and pleasant. They did such an amazing job that I couldn't belive how white my carpet looked the smell of the home was different, it was fresh. DISGUSTING!!! That is the only word that describes my carpet before this amazing company came to clean. 1. I was discussing the need to clean my carpet with my neighbor. She referred me to “rwcarpetclean”. I scheduled my “rwcarpetclean” appointment for Monday July 17, 2023.

2. The staff are very prompt, knowledgeable, skilled,
courteous, and professional. Upon our introduction, the team’s cleaning process and key performance indicators were discussed and accepted.

3. The team maintained effective communication throughout the completion of tasks; the equipment used; the sanitization, carpet protection, and the drying timeframe. They even brought in their own floor fans to complete the drying!

Cleaned the carpet on our home before we moved in. The previous owners had had dogs and the clean made SUCH an improvement.
