I love the space Courtney has created at Grow Yoga! A beautiful space is held for those wanting to enhance their practice. Courtney and other instructors are always welcoming and provide great classes. So glad that Glow Yoga is here to experience my practice with other yogis, beginning and experienced!

If you are looking for a true yoga studio experience then Grow Yoga is the perfect place for you. The owner Courtney has created a supportive yoga community where there is no judgement and her studio provides a safe and inviting atmosphere where you receive positive encouragement and motivating energy.
The yoga classes are mostly heated but do not let this stop you from coming, the heat allows you to push your muscles further in yoga poses without fear of injury and sweating is healthy and the cold towel pressed to your forehead is the perfect ending to every class. The variety of classes offered are all taught by excellent experienced yoga instructors and they allow for all levels of yoga from beginner to advanced so don’t worry about being new to yoga, you will learn proper technique to the poses as you grow with your practice which you will not receive in a gym environment.
As an experienced yoga student I am amazed that I leave each class learning a new technique just by hearing verbal cues that are spot on to push myself or by receiving a gentle correction to the pose and then the proud feeling you get receiving praise for a pose well done! I love how the classes start with a mindful intention that will clear your head of the stresses of your day and I promise you will leave each class relaxed, at peace with your thoughts and proud of yourself for showing up and doing something just for you.
I encourage you to take a class at Grow Yoga, props and a towel are provided so you just need to show up and as my 94 year old mother told me, only move the body parts you want to keep so start moving now but be warned it can be very addictive!

Grow Yoga is an absolute gem and THE place to go for your hot yoga/power yoga needs. Courtney and her team have created a phenomenal space for anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice. The studio itself is clean, serene, and thoughtfully designed to enhance the yoga experience.

The classes are incredible - challenging yet very accessible, thanks to knowledgeable instructors who guide you through every pose with expertise and encouragement. The classes are different enough every time you go that it always stays interesting, and there is already a lot of different options for how new the studio is.

Courtney's passion for yoga and dedication to her students are palpable in every class. Her warmth and expertise create a welcoming environment where you feel supported to push your limits and grow in your practice.

I can't recommend this studio enough. If you're looking for a studio that offers power yoga classes with a personal touch, look no further. Something Huntsville has needed for a very long time and I'm so glad it's here.

Grow yoga is a beautiful studio offering a variety of hot yoga classes. The instructors are highly educated and bring their own unique style to each class. Classes are well balanced and accessible to all skill levels and abilities. Courtney has thoughtfully and intentionally created an environment for personal growth and enrichment as well as strength and flexibility.

I stumbled across Grow Yoga and decided to give it a try. I have been weightlifting for the past 10+ years, but was essentially brand new to yoga. Courtney was so kind and welcoming. She has a gentle way of pushing you in your practice but also allows each person to meet themselves where they are. I’ve been going to several classes a week now and absolutely love it! I always leave class feeling accomplished and proud of what I have given back to myself in practicing yoga.

Grow Yoga is becoming a second home. Courtney and her team of instructors are a kind, strong, and energizing group that help me deepen my practice and clear my mind. Grow Yoga focuses on the Baptiste Power method of hot yoga. Classes prove to be challenging but rewarding, and I am grateful to be a part of the community.

I’ve long been hoping for a new hot yoga studio to come to Huntsville and was super excited to try out Grow. I have been so thrilled to be immersed in the Grow Experience. I have learned so many new things about myself, my breath, and my body since starting and have really enjoyed all of the experiences that this studio has introduced me to. It’s unlike any yoga studio I’ve ever been to. 10/10 would recommend.

I found Grow Yoga through a friend. I signed up to be a founding member after reading what the studio was all about. I am overjoyed that I chose to take a chance. No regrets, jumping in with both feet, I was at the right place, at the right time. Thank you Courtney for making me feel right at home from the first moment I set foot in the studio. Courtney’s classes have helped me grow both in my mind and body in 2 and a half short months and I look forward to this continuing journey. I recently moved here and was looking for a hot yoga studio and I happened to find Grow Yoga . I absolutely love this studio . I love Courtney , she’s a phenomenal teacher . Her classes are challenging and fun . I also love to take the 6 am classes by Avery . I’ve taken some of Kaelie’s and Mallory’s classes as well and I love them too . This studio makes me feel at home .
