Wendy's

They were very short staffed and busy. Out of sweet and sour sauce and I eventually had to go in for my drive through order. I give them a high rate because the food was good and the service inside was great. Hope the can get more help. The staff was doing their best

Yesterday, 08/31/24, as I went to pull away after receiving my order my tie rod and ball joint broke on my right front tire rendering the car undriveable. A very kind employee named Melissa came outside and had to shut down the drive-thru window for my safety and others and redirected people as they pulled up to order. This went on for at least an hour and 45 minutes before the tow truck arrived. Melissa stayed out there the entire time with me, she was incredibly kind and understanding about the situation and helped calm me down from being upset. Thank you again Melissa for everything and I hope your boss sees this so she knows how awesome you were!

This is one of the better locations, but too dark at night. Too many mobile order pick up spots make you park further from the door than should be necessary. Generally reliable for fresh food unlike other locations near by. Fresh, never frozen beef, good chicken nuggets, good chicken sandwich, Frosty ice cream treats, delicious chocolate chip cookies, quality chilli, and good burgers. Skin on fries with sea salt are good when fresh. The reward app needs to be better and currently does not allow you to pay by gift card which is terrible as a business policy. Caution, the app also lets you order what they don't have.

I was there because someone stole my wallet and I tracked a transaction or attempted transaction there. The manager was very helpful.

They are short staffed taking one order at a time but still was very quick to get you your food.

Good location, food was good, atmosphere was busy. Service was just ok on the afternoon shift. Though busy, the service could have been better.

Went through the drive-thru and got a strawberry salad and it was awesome! It's absolutely packed in the plastic of lettuce strawberries big chunks of chicken I believe mozzarella cheese it was just so good!

The manager at this location is kind and has great customer service. I completely forgot her name but she was working the drive through and I haven't seen custom service like that in decades. She has a great attitude and amazing customer service. Keep up the great work!!!

We were hungry so we stopped at wendys

It took a little while getting through the drive through, but our food was hot, fresh, and the staff were really friendly and kept composure when the person in front of me had what seemed like a lot of questions.

They are usually out of a lot of products. But I just want to say how awesome it is that they show up. After all the mean comments and hateful things that are said to them they still show up. They do their best with what they are given and they are proud of their location. I love this Wendy’s… they genuinely care about their part.

The woman who was working the window was fantastic during the lunch rush today 1/14 (around noon) she went out of her way to make sure my food was fresh and hot. I could hear her correcting order mistakes even before the bags were brought to the window. The gentleman ahead of me received the wrong food and she quickly addressed the problem with ease. Not a single bit of attitude was displayed from her. I wish I had caught her name. Thank you for working so hard! People need to relax, everywhere is short staffed. She deserves a raise for the work she was putting in with positivity! Keep up the good work.

Well we got a messed up order, we ordered the chicken version of the sandwiches we wanted and got beef instead, thru the drive thru but they fixed it right away and let us keep the mess up and gave us free fresh fries for the inconvenience. Mistakes happen but they took care of us quickly and professionaly.

I have been to this location many times and the service was horrible and the staff was very rude. Last night was a completely different experience. The cashier Angela was the nicest girl I have ever met in a fast food restaurant. She was so happy and smiling the whole time I was there. I actually felt bad asking her for more condiments because I didn't want to trouble her. I even told her before I left that she was the nicest person I have me. So thank you Angela you are great.

Hello, this is my second best place to eat... Always good food... And there frosty are so cool... Just saying... If you have not had one, try them... Enjoy and be safe...

The lady at the cash register was truly friendly with a bright smile she's from down south my wife and I live on a very small budget we only had $9 to get us something to eat the lady behind the counter told us about a special that windy is running that only did we get a hamburger chicken nuggets and french fries we got a drink also we think the staff for helping us get something to eat on our small budget and not worrying about the money that Wendy needs to make Wendy's really does care about their consumers really care about the people that go into a restaurant in my opinion and my wife's opinion the staff at Wendy's has a heart of gold and we will continue to go there thank you for the staff at Wendy's

Absolutely love love love Wendy's food and service! It's always pleasant and a great experience! I've been to a lot of Wendy's all over the place and they really make sure the customer experience is top notch! Especially this place, didn't have any issues and staff was very friendly!
