Love my morning crew they are quick and fresh food. Especially the drive thru

The staff that waited on me were very kind and made sure that I was waited on. The runners are great and kind😁🌻*a guy & lady* AND fries were hot👍🏿

There was a couple of errors made with our order and when it was brought to the managers attention in an adult manner, the staff was more than happy to make the correction and correct the entire order fresh! The staff was friendly, and everyone understood that mistakes do happen and can be resolved without screaming or attitudes. Fast food employees get a bad reputation lately, a lot of them are still learning the ropes of employment, and some are just trying to make ends meet in this economy. If everyone just showed a little more kindness and understanding towards each other, everything would be better for everyone....because the employees at this McDonald's are lovin' it!

Used mobile app for a big Mac and a happy meal, 12 minute wait. I see no reason to use the mobile application

This is a very good McDonald's I like it I always like the number one and I'm happy that it'll stay in the number 1

Slow service, cold food, missing fries. Go to somewhere else to have it your way

Never have I ever had such an amazing experience like I did the other night, let me tell you food was hot, fresh and they were so under staffed but did an outstanding job. The girl with orange/pink hair took my order and also bagged my items as their was only 3 of them. They need more people like them shout out to these 3 workers.

Pulled in around 8:30pm on 11/21/22. Was recommended a caramel machiatto (which was amazing). Great service at both windows, workers were extremely sweet. Definitely my favorite McDonald's experience :)

Nice friendly people work at this McDonald's.

Clean but no napkins or pop machine. This restaurant is heavily dependent on you being able to manage ordering on the screen and hopefully don’t need anything from a human but overall the experience was fine

I usually don't have a good experience when I come here but Wednesday night around 9ish a young lady named Emily was there working by herself as the order taker, meal maker & gave me my food hot and fresh. She had everything set as if they were fully staffed. The lines were wrapped around that day & through all of that she still had a pleasant & cheerful attitude I am very pleased with her work ethic thank you Emily for making my experience a great one! 😊

Lately I haven't had any problems with my food order... And it's been fast so I am very happy about that .

Always use the app and I get thru the drive thru line quick and get thru the 1st window quick, sometimes I get the wrong order but I always check my bag

Buck road location is the best. Food is always good fresh people are great service is the best ive ever seen

Went the drive-thru it moved pretty quickly, had to wait on fresh fries which was no problem they were delicious 😋

Super long line, but it's too be expected when everyone is going nuts over Christmas shopping. The girls were very friendly and despite the ten or so people in front of me, they got me my food and I was on my way very quickly. Great people, speedy service. Would visit again if I'm in the area!
