I had a five star experience as a result of the dedicated customer service I received from a Mgr / Anthony. He was prompt, friendly, fair, and he walked me to my vehicle to load the heavy items.

Plus, I love my scan and go app... it makes shopping convenient.

This is a five star review for MARCOS IN BAKERY!!! He went above and beyond to help me search for water. I called multiple times different departments. Waited forever and no answer. I ended up calling the bakery and Marcos answered. I explained my situation that I had already made a trip out from Buckeye yesterday and found no water. Before making another trip I just wanted to confirm there was some today. He called on the radio multiple times nobody answered him. He then asked me to wait so he could go check. He is an awesome guy. Thank you for your great customer service!

First time shopper here!!!! OMG!!! I wish I could flog myself for not getting membership here faster! The prices are a close match to Costco- yes, I did the price comparison, you’re welcome lol. Anyways, so I did my first shopping & saw there was a mini food area just in front of the checkout area; which had three options for checking out- self scan, regular register where a staff scans for you & a scan & go walk through where a machine above you reads through your cart as you walk but I think you’d need to have the app open for that to work but that is such a breeze literally just have yo walk through. Now back to the food!! So yeah they have easy snack meals; pizza, hotdog combo etc ( I’ll attach a picture of the menu). The hotdog was so good after a few bites of the first wrap, I went to order four more!! I got the cheese pizza slice & boy!! Did it melt in my mouth!?? It was the best 1$ pizza slice I’ve ever had!! The frozen yoghurt tasted like ice cream. The best 10$ I’ve ever spent & it was a lot of food!! The slices are big I folds mine to make a sandwich. The hotdog is soft moist & so juicy & not too salty- I’m not a fan of salt. I’m very impressed, I’d be keeping my membership & be back for the food 😂

I really like the scan and go option no need to wait in line to pay makes the trip super easy you can also use the scan n go in the cafe so order your food and just go up to pick it up.

Sam's Club is a great place to shop around for Groceries & some such. Very clean store and it's employees are always on the ball and with a bright smile. Kudos to Sam's.

As a Sam's Club member, and I am always impressed by the convenience and affordability of shopping here. The Scan & Go shopping feature is my favorite, which makes checking out a breeze.

Not only is it easy to shop, but I always seem to find great things unexpectedly. On my recent visit, I stumbled upon the Texas Roadhouse rattlesnake bites seasoning, which was a fantastic find! It's little things like these that make me keep coming back.

The staff is always helpful and friendly, making the shopping experience even better. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate.

The variety of products is impressive. From fresh produce to electronics and clothing, Sam's Club has everything I need under one roof.

Overall, I highly recommend Sam's Club to anyone looking for an affordable and convenient shopping experience. With Scan & Go shopping and unexpected treasures like the rattlesnake bites seasoning, you can't go wrong!

The people working there were all nice, parking was not difficult, and the scan and go payment is the best thing ever! Got gas easily immediately after. No problem there either. 😊

Raquel and Jose in the tire department were very kind and helpful. We were traveling from out of town and got a nail in our tire. They made sure that we were able to get a new tire on and safely back on the road. I know they were very busy but they helped me with a smile and made me feel welcome.

Great experience! I always have a good experience with this location. Most recently I had an issue with the delivery of water. I called and spoke to a manager who made sure to make it right. I am impressed and appreciative and will keep coming back to this location because I keep having good experiences.

Great place to shop! Impressively big selection, great pricing, friendly employees, and an easy place to find. I highly suggest the Members Mark Tilapia, Ready To cook Tortillas, and Mexican Style Cheese!

I love shopping here, I actually shop here more then Costco now a days. But i have to say how disappointed I am that it has almost been a full month since I broke my tooth on glass I found in my food. every ingredient used to make that dinner came from sams club. Customer service is very pleasant on the phone, but no one followed up with me within the 72 hours that I was promises. I waited a week before looking for answers again I spoke to very competent and caring people who tried to direct me in the right direction. I went in store to turn in my evidence and make a statement (my second) and was told I would be contacted soon. *Sigh* it has been another week and when I reached out to the online help they said all I can do is wait. I just want someone to pretend they care that there was hazardous material on their food that could have injured my kids. Thank God it only resulted in a broken tooth. I am the busy mom of 2 young kids. One is very high need I hardly have the time or money to be having dental work. At the very least, it would be nice if they covered the cost of my repairs. I honestly want nothing more

This location is fair on gas prices the one on Bell Road in Surprise charges much higher prices....that dog don't hunt!!!!!!

Dysart Sam's is a great store we go to this location because our clerk's alway assist our needs...... this store is clean and organized!!!!!!

Been shopping here for years. Really like the prices of the products in rotisserie, is the best. Jonathan has been really helpful and courteous. Their bakery has the best croissants no doubt. I also like the quality of their meats. Also the gas prices is what keeps me coming back honestly.

I’m stock piling can never have enough home supplies and goods I’m these times dropped a quick $1.2 feeding a house full of women and kids

This was my primary Sam's Club until one opened on 303 and Bell. I have purchased food, liquor, furniture, clothing, tires and even a bike at this location. Polite and helpful staff.
