Absolutely awesome!! I was shopping around for laminate flooring for our new store when I came across Knoxville Flooring Center. Their selection is fantastic and their pricing even better but I was mostly impressed with their amazing customer service. We had a very short timeframe and Jesse and James made it happen for us. We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them!

I can't say enough about KCW. Ask for Gary...I told him what I was looking for, my budget and when I needed the job completed and he did it, WOW! Gary worked around my schedule and even followed up when the job was completed to make sure we were happy with the work. Incredible service and a job well done. I had an amazing experience here! A gentleman named Jordan took great care of our flooring needs, he even came out to the project site 3 times! During the process, he assessed exactly what was needed to fix the floor in the best possible way AND save me money!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else after this experience. Knoxville Flooring Center had a quicker turnaround than the ~5+ other companies we called to replace our carpet. Sam was wonderful to work with and we'd use Knoxville Flooring Center again as long as he's there. There were a few finishing details that were missed by the installers (e.g., moving large furniture back into the exact right location), but Sam was extremely responsive, asked for feedback immediately, and fixed all issues right away. Overall, great experience.

Great job with my carpet installation as almost a year later and the seams still can't be seen. The LVP flooring is awesome and I will definitely use Knoxville Flooring for future projects.

This place met the mark! Had looked at the big box stores and they beat the prices by a mile and way better carpet! Don't be fooled by the big box ads! I picked the carpet, they came to measure for free on my schedule, and it's installed within a week! The team there are honest and hard working and I loved doing business with them! I will be back for our next flooring!
