Rooms To Go

They are great! We live in Kentucky and visited the store in Knoxville so we were prepared to travel back with a U-Haul for our furniture as we had done in the past with some other furniture stores in Knoxville but nope they were able to have everything delivered. It was all on time which never happens and set up everything beautifully! We liked them so much we went in for a couch and ended up with the couch, a bedroom set for my son and some awesome dressers for the kids rooms, on clearance, that we were able to take with us that day! Love this rooms to go and all their help we will be back!!!!

I've shopped at this Rooms To Go for years and have always had a great experience. I'm excited to get my latest purchase delivered. Salesperson Mike Dagley was outstanding with his knowledge and suggestions.

Zach was an absolute pleasure to work with. He didn't use any pushy sales tactics and gave us space. He was quick to help us answer any questions we had and was very knowledgeable about his products. If you're in the market to upgrade your child's room, go see Zach!

My husband and I entered Rooms to Go tonight exhausted after searching through every furniture store we could find for the last few weeks. It was our last stop of the day and, after so many unsuccessful trips, we didn’t have high hopes. We were greeted by Ron who immediately made us feel like we were in the right place. He explained how their signage worked and how to look for what we needed then, with no pressure, let us look around the store on our own for as long as we needed. We were used to salesmen following us around and watching us sit on every sofa, never allowing us a chance to actually talk together about how we really feel about the item. But, at Rooms to Go, we took our time, no pressure added, and were able to assess each item and discuss together privately how we felt.

Everything we tried was so nice but, after a short search, we found “the one!” We landed on a loveseat and ottoman that were “holy grail Goldilocks” comfortable! Super soft but, with just enough support, and great material and beautiful color. And, the pricing was very transparent and a great deal - with an awesome deal on financing, as well!

Once Ron saw us settling down into our chosen pieces, he approached and we were able to make our purchase. He explained everything very thoroughly and helped us feel confident in our purchase. AND, our items will be delivered in a week! We can’t wait!

We just bought the exact living room set I had envisioned. You had choices in design, great colors, and nice leather. Ron handled our sale and was so friendly and helpful. No part of our visit was uncomfortable to me. And…shout out to Konstance! Thanks Ron!!!

Good selection and good prices. We love shopping here. People are pleasant and patient. Really good to work with. Deliveries are on time and smooth. We worked with JOANNA MURPHEY and she has been a big help. She was thorough, goes distance in getting you what you need. She is sweet and understanding.

This is an excellent store and we can’t praise Jordan Plunk highly enough. We just built a house in The Smokies and needed to furnish it from scratch. He helped us select all the furnishings we needed and arranged delivery on 2 dates in March and April. We came up from Florida for each delivery and everything came on the dates exactly as promised. Jordan kept us fully up to date on the deliveries and the Rooms To Go app is truly excellent- we got regular updates on delivery times and dates including notification on the day as to where the delivery van was and how long it would take to get to us. The furniture quality is excellent we bought 2 king bedroom suites and sofas. Go there and ask for Jordan !

Ron was one of the best salespeople I have ever had. He steered us right to some surprisingly high quality leather with just the level of comfort and features we were looking for! Thanks for ending a yearlong search for the perfect living room set!

Konstance greeted us as soon as we came in and showed us what we were looking for immediately. She was very helpful in all aspects of our shopping experience and we made a purchase within 20 minutes of arriving. We would highly recommend this store and staff.

Great customer service. We bought our living room set 2 years ago with the service plan. Our living room set recently broke and R.T.G honored the plan and we were able to replace our living room set for exactly what we paid 2 years ago. Ron was our sales rep today and he was great. He let us look and was not pushy or persistent at all. He gave us all the time we needed to find what we wanted for our home. Great customer service will absolutely continue to shop with R.T.G.

Some of my furniture was ruined during my move from Cali to Tennessee. I was really upset and happened to drive by this place and thought I would pop in. Dylan D. was at the entrance of the store, I was tempted to tell him I was just gonna browse around but he was very nice and asked if I was looking for anything specific so he could direct me. We ended up chatting and he was so helpful and not pushy AT ALL like some sales people. He was very patient with myself and my mother, even while we went back and forth on several items. I ended up purchasing several things from them and I really would not have done so if the person helping was annoying. Dylan was calm even though I was pretty anxious and he went into detail with all the items we looked at. My mother even ended up buying a couch as well. I was very pleased with the prices and service and quality. I would recommend this store for anyone looking for literally any kind of furniture for a room. Financing was a very easy process as well and I opted for the protection plan and they are delivering to me as well. So much easier than Amazon or Walmart and then having to assemble. Thank you Dylan and RTG!

I bought two couches from this store. Ron welcomed me as soon as I have entered to store. He was so helpful. I already knew what I was looking for and wanted to see it in person and bought it in 15 minutes. The couches are okay as well. Not the best but not bad as well. Technically, I got what i have paid for.

It was our first time shopping at Room 2 Go so we weren’t sure what to expect. Ron approached us asked what we were looking for, gave us pointers of how the store works and let us roam around freely. Ron was very kind, thorough explaining the process of purchase, finance and delivery. Made our first time there infinitely better

Ron was a great help in showing me sectionals at different price ranges. I shared I needed a sectional which would be heavy duty, as my dogs lay on the furniture, also. I purchased a sectional and it will be delivered in a week. Ron listened and was not pushy. I am very happy with my purchase.

We visited rooms to go and were greeted by Ron who was fantastic! We were looking for a new bedroom suite and short delivery time if we found something we really liked. He introduced us to the adjustable base RTG 4100 system which we found to be a game changer to our thinking. We ended up buying an entire grouping of bedroom furniture.
We also identified a couch, love seat, and recliner which we intend to purchase soon.
What a surprise to find a sales associate with so much knowledge, helpful suggestions, and a pleasure to work with. We were also pleased with the selection options in the store.

We walked in and were met by Craig. He showed us what we were looking for and then gave us time to think about it. When we made our decision, he made the purchase so easy. Highly recommend Rooms to Go for any furniture needs. Thank you Craig!

This is my favorite furniture store. Today Malik helped me, he was polite, and helpful. It was busy but he made sure to let us know and came back to us in a timely manner. I always have a good experience and they have a great selection.

Furniture shopping was a breeze today at Rooms to Go. Craig helped me pick out the perfect new bed, mattress, and pillows for my home. I appreciated the stress free environment and Craig’s patience as I made my selections. Will definitely return to purchase more items.

Konstance was very kind and patient since I had my kids with me. I had researched prior so knew what I wanted to look at and she helped make the process very easy. I would definitely work with her again for future furniture needs!
