We recently purchased living room furniture from La-Z-Boy at the Goodyear Arizona store. Holly was our salesperson and Sonja was our design consultant. We were helped every step of the way with these two very professional employees - from the initial selection to coming into our home to help design a room that met our needs. They were most respectful of our ideas as well as our price point. We couldn't be more pleased with the customer service we received, and we love how their suggestions have turned our room into a beautiful retreat! La-Z-Boy is fortunate to have these employees and hope they appreciate their dedication and hard work. Thank you Sonja and Holly!

We went to Lazyboy yesterday looking for a new swivel chair. We were asked by two people within a few minutes about what we were looking for. We explained that we just wanted to look around.
A few minutes later a young man walked up to us and offered us bottles of water and said to let him know if we had any questions. He wasn’t overly inquisitive like the previous two people. I took one water and thanked him.
We found a chair we liked and I sought out the young guy that gave us water. Hi name is Ryan Woods and he did an excellent job showing us fabric options. He even showed the chair in the 3d Room Visualizer with different fabrics and how we could use the Visualizer at home. Very helpful person. Thanks Ryan. We’ll be back to see you.

My granddaughter was in preterm labor with her twin boys and both of us had been researching rocker recliners for weeks without finding an agreeable solution. In less than two hours at La-Z-Boy, Allison was able to guide me to making a final decision on the model that would be most beneficial. Allison was patient, knowledgeable and efficient, which was the perfect combination for my situation. I look forward to working with her again when the need arises.

David was an excellent salesperson. He is very knowledgeable and patient. I was shopping for a sectional so I needed to sit in every seat and operate each recliner. He’s very personable and has a great sense of humor. No sales pressure was felt. I just felt relaxed and not rushed.

Sonja did a fabulous job with my home design appointment. She answered all my questions and took the time to measure more than once to satisfy me. Sonja was very thorough and brought excellent fabric samples for me to choose from. I was not rushed or pressured into making a decision. For my final appointment she had all my choices and fabric plotted out perfectly in the computer rendition of my living space. It was exciting to see how my furniture and rug would look in my home.

I highly recommend David and Sonja. They make a fabulous team!!!!

Jeannine was a delight to work with. I began my project, study/man cave, quite a while ago and between travel and other distractions wasn’t able to order furnishings until now. Throughout the process, Jeannine kept me apprised of my options as to what would fit in my room and what sales were going on. The whole experience was almost as comfortable as my new recliners are.

Holly was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. She answered all our questions and was very helpful, patient with us and knowledgeable. She made valuable suggestions always with a great smile. She’s a great asset to your business. We won’t by furniture from anyone else but Holly.

We have bought furniture and furnishing from LazyBoy for a number of years now and have nothing but good things to say about our experience. We work with Holly, who is wonderful, and Holly has also brought several of the designers in to work with us too at times, who have been fun to work with and really helpful . The quality of the furniture and rugs we have purchased have been top-quality and have held up well over time. Highly recommend!

We had excellent customer service. Manager Richard was able to sort out past issues with a California Lazy Boy. Everyone in the store was so courteous and helpful. We were never pressured and bought the furniture of our dreams.

Allison went above and beyond to help me select the perfect furniture for my home with small kids. Speaking of them, she even sat down and colored with them so I could compare fabric colors on a nearby couch.. 5 stars all the way!

Brooke worked with us over a span of several months as we were moving and needing to furnish a new home. She got to know us and our tastes and always remembered our names when we’d pop in unexpectedly with a question or a change. She always had a smile and went the extra mile for us. She is special and we highly recommend her!

Wasn’t sure about shopping at La-Z-Boy, but had a great experience. The design service was a game changer. Sonia and Brooke did such a thorough job and came up with some great ideas. They listened to us and really suggested things that met our expectations.

Ryan was incredibly helpful and listen to exactly what I wanted. He presented different options, but he never tried to upsell me. I'm incredibly happy with my visit to the store and my purchase in general.

La-Z-Boy, and Holly have helped me for over a year. Even after my initial purchase over a year ago Holly has alway been available for questions and help in additional purchases. All staff I have encountered have always been helpful. 😀

I walked into Lazy Boy to find a comfortable recliner for my bad back and hip. Allison met me at the door and took me instantly to the Sloan recliner after explaining to her what I was looking for. She took the time to sit with me and explain all the chair’s functions. I was sold after sitting in the chair for 30 minutes and felt all the wonderful ways the chair would meet my issues!!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Jeannien and Tyler of Lazy Boy Furniture in Goodyear. I needed to purchase a recliner for medical reasons. Well, today was my lucky day! I got a great deal on a leather recliner and a side table.No waiting; it will be delivered soon. They have beautiful furnishings and were wonderful to work with! Check them out!

Jeannien we a pleasure to work with and finding just the right piece for our home. She knew her products well and shared insights to what would work for both me and my wife. The manager also stopped and by to make sure we were being well taken cared of which we assured him Jeannien is awesome.
