I stopped by this Starbucks early Saturday morning the staff was such a delight. Kim helped me decide what drink I got and was so delicious and even though it was early in the morning they had such wonderful personalities. This will be my go to stop when traveling from Birmingham to Jackson. You guys were great

Picked up some oatmeal and a mocha latte. Very good. Filed me up and kept me awake. The staff are very polite and friendly here. The store is new and maintained well. Spots to sit and work if you need to. I probably would not take any kids, though. They would get bored. As far as Starbucks goes, this is a good one.

Stopped here on a road trip, a little worried about the bad reviews, but found a beautiful open atmosphere and a friendly staff. They were very attentive, taking care to get our orders correct. So don’t worry about the reviews - just go in and be nice and everything will be okay. Shout out to Lilly in particular :)

My tea was lovely and so was my mom’s flat white and my nanas cheese danish. Clean bathrooms too. Good job guys.

Came in at 8:30am on a Friday. Polite and professional staff, quick service. Ample space and comfortable seating. WiFi was fast, and ambient music was pleasant. Comfortable temperature and plenty of outlets to charge all your devices. Coffee was hot and tasty, and the breakfast sandwich was as well. Great experience.

I know my drink looks drunk out off but I was so delicious they have the best person in hot bar and his name is Ryan!!!! And the best cold bar person ever named Caden!!!!! But it’s a lot of people to name that works there but they provided me with the best customer service ever I didn’t have to wait long for my drinks at all!!!! So thank you so much for the best experience I will most certainly come again

Great experience. My order was ready quickly. Building was clean and staff was very friendly.

Everytime I go in there when Daijane is working I just know my day is going to be good!! She always makes me laugh and I can always trust her to know that my drink is going to be good!

We stopped here on our way to Dallas, TX and the service was really good. The manager was on top of it all and was super friendly.

The drinks are hard to mess up since it's pretty streamlined.

On our way back home, we chose to stop here because I knew that we would get good service. The service this time was not that great. I waited a few minutes before someone even acknowledged me. They just weren't friendly, and seemed annoyed.

Starbucks have the best customer service. It’s a great set of individuals in this particular Starbucks. My experience was top notch. I love stopping at this store when I’m in Meridian on business. I always come around 7 and they always seems so excited to be at work.

I don’t get the other negative reviews. Kind people, fast and correct order with no wait, updated modern interior in a quiet ambience, fast wifi, and staff even went out of their way to bring the coffee to my table. Excellent!

I got mines inside. Someone took the time to show an employee how to make my Frappuccino. I’m not sure how long this employee been there.
It was a good drink. The other two employees done good showings them.

This place just open you cannot really expect it’s going to be perfect they still got to put together good managers and workers.

Stop by several times a week to pick up coffee on my way to work. Friendly staff! I order from my phone app and pick it up without a wait!

Also, am frequently greeted by name as soon as I walk in & enjoy saying a quick hello and a few friendly words & a laugh or smile before heading off to work.

I stop by Starbucks at least four times a week on my way to work in the morning. Sommer always remembers my voice when I come thru drive thru. The morning staff are extremely friendly. Kim always wakes me up with her excitement. When they are not at there I ask about them and If I miss coming a few days they notice it and ask me where I have been but not only that my venti iced chai tea latte with cinnamon cream foam is a hit several days a week.Starbucks is top tier.

This is a very good location and staff are very friendly and patient with you and no matter how complicated your order is they will get it right and everything tastes great and is just a good establishment

Usually pretty busy around lunch but decided to come in anyway and everyone was super nice and helpful despite the rush. The store was clean, the food I got was hot, and the drink was awesome. Definitely worth the wait for my Caramel Ribbon Crunch!
