Bella, Jessie & Vera were incredibly professional, courteous and friendly. The location was experiencing a high volume of customers, and every staff member was smiling. Bella was especially helpful and processed my large order expertly with no mistakes. Would recommend this location to friends and family.

Everyone loves Chick-fil-A. I loved it even more this past Saturday in Knightdale when my car was over heating as I was in line. I was able to get it to a parking spot and Jason came out, took a look at it, and gave it some water. Cudos to Jason as that helped me get home and also helped with me getting it to an automotive repair group on Monday. That was above and beyond the Call of duty! Thanks again Jason!!

Wake Forest location is always busy but service is quality and quick. Love the nuggets, fries, and lemonade is always fresh squeezed!!

Can you rate Chick Fil A less tha 5*?
The food is great for the price (and I'm not the biggest fan of CFA sauce and I still think the food is good!).
The service is exceptional, and this location was awesome as always. On a hot summer day, the team was working the drive thru line helping it be as speedy and efficient as possible. The in store crew was super helpful with bringing us our food, refilling drinks, and making sure our experience was top knotch.
Oh, and then there's the play area that was ideal for the three year old in our party!
(And they even came to the table to clean up our mess so the kids could go play faster!)

Line was long but it went so fast due to the outstanding staff. They were friendly but efficient. Food was yummy as always......that's kind of a given. Service is what makes or breaks a Chickfila, and this location definitely has great service.

The food was good. The service was quick. Excellent indoor playground for children to play.

Awesome food, awesome service but few empty tables were uncleaned. That's the only negative side of this awesome Chick-fil-A restaurant.

Please extend breakfast hours! Chick-fil-A is always fast, friendly and courteous. I got there around 10:40am and had to eat lunch. Still good, but really go there for the breakfast. I mean who wants lunch at 10:30 on a Saturday? Food A+ as always. Got through the line fast because a few people left because breakfast was over.
Staff is always friendly. Always clean. Have never had a bad visit.

Our dinner was good. The Cobb salad is one of our favorites. My girls love the avocado lime ranch dressing and my boys love the chicken noodle soup on cold fall days. Location is always clean and the service is fast and pleasant.

Chick-fil-A Has always been the best chicken restaurant to go and eat with your family and the workers are always very nice people . Also they work very fast with making sure you get year food nice fresh and hot .I love it I miss the one I used to go to a lot downtown Raleigh NC. But the one in Knightdale NC is very good as well very nice workers in very good food good job everyone.

Dropped in for my Spicy Chicken sandwich fix. Employees were stellar! Meal was soon good. But I need to do better at resisting the waffle fries. 😃

It's a casual Chick-fil-A.. they never fail to give top tier fast food service.

Haven't been to a Chick-fil-A that didn't live up to par. Great staff and great food. As long as the drive thru line gets, we moved through it quickly. Food is always hot and delicious. Love their spicy chicken deluxe meal.

Never met a Chick-fil-A I didn’t like! Get a peach shake!

I always do the drive through, but never had a wrong order. Always overly polite and when you say thank you, they say it is their pleasure vs "no problem" -which it shouldn't be a problem as it is their job. I waitresses and when someone thanked me I always said it was my pleasure (I am serving them and trying to make their experience worth their time, my time, and all the restaurant staffs' time).

Who does LOVE Chick-fil-A?! Great service, great food, consistent quality.

My only complaint would be the Sunday closures, but I completely support the company's stance. The workers are guaranteed a weekend day for family, recreation, or worship as they see fit.

The company clearly values their employees. Recently, this location installed a sheltered drive-thru complete without high powered fans to keep the attendants dry and cool.

I live about 20 minutes away from the closet location and happily drive past scores of other fast food spots along the way.

Chick-fil-A is a national treasure!
