My recent experience at Dunkin on Lacey Rd was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding assistance of Manager Krista (possibly the owner) and her friendly and efficient staff.

Despite the store being extremely busy, Krista went above and beyond to accommodate my large order for my employees. She patiently answered my questions, provided helpful suggestions, and ensured that every detail was taken care of. Her professionalism and dedication were truly impressive.

Despite the high volume of customers (inside and in the drive through), the store was well-run and organized. I was immediately greeted and received prompt assistance. The checkout process was streamlined and efficient, making it a breeze to complete my purchase.

Overall, my experience at Lacey Dunkin was exceptional. Krista's exceptional customer service, combined with the friendly and efficient staff, created a seamless and positive retail experience. I highly recommend this store!.

My teenage son said, "As soon as I saw her (Krista) before she even saying a word I knew she was that nice."

They were so busy and I walked in a nice girl came up to me and I told her I was picking up a mobile order and she made it right away and was very positive even with the rush ! I wish I got her name ! She wears glasses and had a black shirt very professional

i love this dunkin! i live closer to the waretown one but prefer this one. they are very kind, including one woman at the drive thru who always has her nails done, she’s super kind too. they’ve only ever slightly messed up my order once and when i told them they fixed it right away. nice location near other shopping and leads onto the GSP if you commute so it’s easy to get coffee in the morning.

Great food and price. Everyone know what we like to eat. Clean restaurant very nice people. Would recommend to everyone! A+

I wanted to stop in to get a snack. Everyone was welcoming and helped me right away! 😁 There was such a pleasant atmosphere!😊 When I got into my car I noticed something... there was EXTRA donuts in my bag! I only paid for a two and got five instead!🥰 This Dunkin is the place to go!

The latter is amazing, the hash brown is hot and fresh, the stuff nice and friendly.

The staff working tonight around 6:40pm were so pleasant! I've never had a bad experience here. They didn't have what I wanted but the girl gave me other options and gave me an extra donut. She was patient and sounded so nice even at the end of the work day. Thank you!

Very fun staff! Love the new manager. Building is clean and so was the bathroom. Very quick with service both in lobby and drive thru. Nice sitting area for laptop work.

I'm always on the road and this is one place I love to stop for a quick ice coffee and something sweet, or breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It gets you started with your day. Love earning points and always something for free! Inexpensive, nice customer service

Absolutely 💯 thee best dunkin donuts out there. Not only do they get my drink perfect every. Single. Time. But the people that work there are THE best! They're so polite and wonderful. Thank you for being awesome:)

This morning coffee was perfect and the young woman at the window was such a sweet girl! She was very attentive, fast, and super friendly. Didn’t catch a name but 9/10 around 8:50 am

Love coming here. The morning staff is the best. They are quick and friendly. They are always very helpful when I ask about a drink they give me suggestions to try to find a way I will like it. I've been to so many Dunkins all over form Toms River to Tuckerton. This location is the best one by far. Thank you for always making my mornings.

This is the best dunkin compared to lanoka harbor, the staff here is so sweet and friendly and they make my drink right every time!

The workers are always kind. And have made my day on numerous occasions. I use to go to the dunkin by shoprite, but they was always out of donuts. So I started coming here more often, I am so glad I made the switch. Thank you DD crew for being the amazing people that you are!

Really good Dunkin'. Frozen was made correctly and was done with perfect proportions. That and the donuts are actually fresh the few times I am went here. More often than not the donuts at other locations are stable and disgusting. Not this location, their baked goods were on point.

Well used to go there for French crawlers they don't make them no more so now you got to get it glazed on it just ain't the same but there mocha frozen coffee is fantastic every time I get the opportunity I'll swing in there get a Boston cream and get me that mocha frozen coffee they have all kinds of different flavors and can't beat the prices so they've been around for a long time and they keep building new ones so they got to tell you when you see that happening you know it's a good place to go to have a quick snack and get in and get out

My favorite DD! Great service, been going here for a long time. Drive thru gets crowded, but it is what it is. Counter people always take care of me!

Stopped in for hot and cold beverages. Staff was easy to work with and knew their jobs well. It was easy in and out.

Very nice and pleasant. I had a Cold Tea there that was very good. Beware of too much ice, I was not paying for ice.
