The owners are amazing and super helpful! Love their shakes and teas! Great way to increase your protein intake and lose weight! Highly recommend stopping in! You have to try the strawberry lemon bar shake!

Tired? TEA. Wanna start a weight loss journey? TEA! Thirsty? TEAAAAA!!!! Not sure what to get? Kayla and Britt know their stuff! Personal fav is the wolverine! They don’t stop at teas tho! But WAIT there’s more! PROTIIEENNNN SHAKKESSS! Prices are fair as well. If you haven’t been here you’re really missing out. 10/10 highly recommend!

Brittany is AMAZING! The teas and shakes are sooooo good! Protein balls are so YUM. Fort Nutrition supports our hometown! They donate to the schools and follow the kids sports. They are very involved in the community. If you aren't sure what you want, she will help guide you! Stop in and you won't be disappointed!

Excellent place to stop and grab a nutritional smoothie or beverage on your way to the gym or work. Support a young couple and let them help you better your ‘self’ at the same time. Great Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie on my first visit.
