I lived her years ago, as a matter of fact I moved away and moved back twice. They were pretty quiet and management was Awsome..Ms Dawn! I loved it here both stays. If you're looking for a place try here first.

My wife and I lived here for a few months and the only reason we left is because I was going to flight school in Oklahoma. That was 27 years ago and these are the best apartments we have ever lived in. If we ever moved back to Meridian and had to live in an apartment, this would be our first choice.

This place is too high in rent... The pool is always shut down due to tenants not following the rules. The walls are so paper thin that you can hear the neighbors up stairs and next door; fart, snore, and burp. You can also hear the closet doors open in the apartment next to you. I can't forget the sex and arguments from couples and teens. This place looks good on the outside and it had some good features inside but the tub was bumpy and nasty and when it comes to fixing things around the place; like fixing the closet or the ventilation fans in bathroom or kitchen, the work never gets done! Also if you miss any payments the people in the office will charge a daily late fee. Which may cause eviction. If you want to reside here be sure you take a look at the apartment possibly being rented to you. If they say no. Run! This place is good at running scams! Advice to possible renters... Google your rights to renting before renting!

They have Nice apartments, but shady landlords. The landlord will come in your apartment and invade your privacy and pocket your rent money.The rent is too high to go through the things you go through at this place.

Not very nice and rude. Not being fair at all and not following the guidelines and rules. Selfish.
