Best place to live, excellent staff, Brooke and Brenda always welcoming, maintenance team ( Will, Tony and Devon)completes the tasks on time.Excellent Business center and HUGE club house(Can be compared to a 3 star hotel) with free WI-FI. Love the 242 Apartments connected to the woods, birds etc.. Bonita Nature park with water( Lake) just 3 miles away.. Many nature parks under 5 miles.
Safe for families, surveillance cameras cover the entire property. Proximity to all grocery stores including Walmart super center and car repair/dealers/rental..Gym and pool. Excellent space for parking cars

Ms. Brenda and Brooke were amazing. Brooke was very professional and prompt with service as soon as i walked through the door. Ms.Brenda went over and beyond to provide the care I needed. She's very caring and took more than enough time to walk and guide me to getting the tools I need to be a resident here in meridian. Ive never experienced the love like i just received from any company like this. Love these ladies!

With the convenience of being in town. Meridian estates are Comfortable, Beautiful, quiet, clean, and well maintained
The maintenance staff keeps everything copacetic as Mrs Brooke gets kinetic.
Mrs Brooke is sweet and very attentive to tenants needs. She does her best to get you approved for an apartment as if it were her own. She’s the best leasing agent this side of the Mississippi..
AVOID BRENDA HEATH..she is prude, rude, and unprofessional..
So, when you walk in ,top the stairs the first office to the Right is Mrs Brooke your chances are far greater than going to the office straight ahead..just sayin🤷🏼🤷🏼

Ms Brenda and Brooke are super nice amazing!! They are so easy to work with, made sure we were all taken care of. Will and his maintenance guys were right on top of the little issues that popped up. I would recommend New Meridian estates to everyone! Great place!!

We’ve been living here at New Meridian Estates for nearly 3 years now.
It is safe, rent prices are very reasonable and affordable.
The staffs whether it is maintenance or the office are super friendly, professional and helpful.
Those are the ultimately reasons we have chosen to stick with New Meridian Estates until we can afford our own home.
100% percent would recommend it.

Me and my friend recently moved in to new meridian estates. It has been wonderful and an easy move. I highly recommend this apartment complex and talking to Brooke about all your questions and concerns. She was more than helpful with our move.
