Joseph deserves a raise! I love shopping here. I’m in and out quick and Joseph helps me every time. Very honest guy he lets me know the best deals and he listens to exactly what I need. I am more than happy to spend more money in a place that treats me right, is honest, and looks out for my best interest instead of trying to squeeze every penny out of me. Joseph knows how to do business right. I definitely recommend shopping here great environment, great service, great prices, and quality products for any project!

First and foremost the most pleasant Ace I have ever stepped into.
We were approached as soon as we walked in and asked if we needed assistance.
Maybe 10-15 minutes later we were asked by a different Ace team member if we had been helped and / or needed anything.
After about 30 minutes we actually needed some help and ran across one of the nicest people we have ever met in an Ace. Joseph was not only informative on products that were sold at Ace, but also how to apply them and which would work best and why!!
Wow what an amazing manager you have there.
We talked to Joseph for over 20 minutes. We asked where the best Cuban food in Tampa was...not only did he tell us, he wrote it down for us and gave us the address.
Did want to mention that the cashier was also amazing!! She did mention the rewards card and getting the app which we instantly did.
That’s a solid team member at the register, to all the gentlemen we talked to on the floor...especially Joseph!!!
Just let him know the “brother and sister” said hello and thank you!!

My go-to hardware store. The staff members & management are always so helpful & friendly. Great prices and they probably have most anything you need for your home. I even buy my dog food here. I'm particularly fond of their selection of BBQ rubs & sauces, hot sauces & root beer.

Ace truly is the place. I don't know and I don't care what their prices are compared to Home Depot or Lowes. The staff is Top Notch and ready to help you. When I go there I know I'm going to receive A1 service. I've had this opinion of Ace for over 30 years and they've never let me down.

ACE is really the place with the helpful hardware folks!!! Everytime I come in the store, I am greeted at the front of the store. Also, they always help me find all I need and take the time to explain and understand the project that I want to do. The prices are comparably reasonable with those in other big box stores. Sometimes, I prefer coming to ACE instead of a big box store because there is always someone eager to help me here (the same can't be said for other companies). You can return items that are in resaleable condition within a time frame, just remember to bring your receipt. The return sometimes has more steps and might take slightly longer than other places, but it gets the job done. I always come here for screws that I can't find anywhere else. They have a wide selection of metric and standard screws, bolts, fasteners, etc., at different lengths and diameter. Overall, I recomend other shoppers to try ACE Hardware for difficult to find items or help from their knowledgeable employees on your next project.

I visited this store today in search of a way to repair my indoor spin bike. I had a clear idea of what would work but I was struggling to find the parts for my plan. Enter Kenshawn. He literally dropped the work he was doing to help me and even came up with a better vision. He was knowledgeable, funny, and beyond kind. I will be coming back to this location because of Shawn and the wonderful employees up front who were clearly excited and supportive of their stellar employee!

Great Family owned business with long term helpful, friendly emploees. I'd rather come here and maybe pay a penny or two more but you only need to buy what you need and not a pack of 10 or 20 extras.

Went to this Ace location this morning. Had to repair three broken window panes, able to get in and out of store in under 20 minutes with four (bought extra pane for breakage or to act as a repair piece in the future) expertly cut panes. No breakage while traveling home. All around great experience! Had I hired a professional window company, would have spent over $1,000. Spent under $100. Great work guys!

One of the best shopping experiences I ever had. Customer service rushed to me effective quick and friendly they employ even chased me down the road with a part I left behind. Best hardware store ever. Except maybe the one my grandmother ran when I was a kid

I don't know why people are complaining about this store? I am a minority and I have never had a problem. I have been shopping at this store for 18 YEAR'S. That's when I bought my house close to them. I would prefer to go there then home depot at Hillsborough and Memorial, try to find help at home depot? Good luck. If you ever have a problem there try to get Tony to help you, awesome guy and he knows what he is doing. He has been there for a long time and he is also a minority.
