JOANN Fabric and Crafts

This is the largest store I have been to and the selection of fabrics is insane. The cutting lines can be a little bit of a wait. But if you need it this store almost has to have it. Friendly staff. Check out the pictures to see all there is.

As a wedding company, this is one of my favorite craft stores because it's very organizer, clean, and offers good deals. The staff are very friendly.

A little surprised to see Halloween out already, but we love the holidays so bring it on!!

I always find great deals here. The employees are great and helpful if needed. I've started shopping for fall decor for my parents so this will be my fav store for a while. I recently got a fall reef and some pumpkinsss. Check out my pictures

Had to pick up some Xmas items, so Joann's is perfect. Besides they're having a holiday sale. Went in and got my items pretty fast. Normally my wife loves to do this type of shopping, but work had her busy. This trip wasn't so bad, Joann's had a ton of holiday stuff available, some at 70% off which is great. I love a deal.

Sarah helped get our fall reef down off of the wall, then helped us look for a magnetic reef holder. Once at the register she recommended a coupon on the website that we found and were able to exercise and save some money on our total. She was great! Thanks for your great customer service.

I bought material and shells for a photo shoot for my newborn. The staff was very helpful and helped me find everything I needed. The selection was so much better than the other places we checked.

I read that they were going to be closing stores I truly hope this one is not on the chopping block. The lady that cuts the fabric is the bomb I needed a yard of fabric for a lap quilt there was just a little bit more than a yard she cut my yard and gave me the rest for free. It is enough to make a border for another blanket

Joann fabrics is very stacked. Wide selection of fabrics and an wide array of everything else that you need for sewing. This must be a playground for sewing persons. Great selection . Customer service needs improvement as you kinda do your own shopping. I guess the nature of that offer requires you to take your own time and
Find all your bits for sewing.

Had a great experience tonight. I’m not crafty at all. When checking out McKenzie was SO helpful and kind. Even though it was 20 minutes before closing time, she helped guide me through the store and gave me her opinion on which glue is best for appliqués. She told me it is her first week on the job but she was SO knowledgeable! Really thankful she helped me out and was so personable! This is the kind of customer service that is needed in stores!

This location is well stocked and has a super helpful staff. I had been waiting unsuccessfully for two of my local Joann stores to find deco mesh in their "warehouse" for over a week. This location had exactly what I needed and held it for me to come and pick it up. It was well worth the 45 minute drive to visit this store. I am extremely grateful for their help.

Susan approached me to ask if I had any questions. After asking her my question, she was very informative and helpful. Susan went above and beyond to find the exact item I was looking for. Very satisfied with my overall experience here at Joann’s Citrus Park!

This “My” Joann’s - I love this store and staff. Always friendly and helpful. They have nearly everything you need to quilt, sew, knit, crochet, cross stitch, and framing. If I was into beading and paper crafts I know they have that too!

This particular JOANN’s is really bright, which I loved. It was very organized and the staff were really nice.

This is a little drive for me, but it's the biggest store in the area and I love the fact that I can find everything I'm looking for at this store! The lady at the cutting counter was very friendly, as was the lady working in the sewing machine area. The girl at the checkout was also very nice and patient as I had 2 separate orders. I go to other Joann stores but this one is big and is always well stocked with everything I'm looking for!

I’m not sure who these people were working on the morning of Black Friday but they were awesome! We all know it wasn’t too busy this year but there was still a decent number of people in the store. You could tell this location could have been understaffed but it didn’t stop them from
Helping. I went to buy a cricut easy press bundle but I had questions so I was sent to talk to the girl up front that had a cricut set up. She was very nice but had to answer my questions while on a register I felt so bad but she said she didn’t mind. She was also answering phones in between ringing people up and helping me. I personally cannot multitask like this but she made it looks easy. I really appreciate the great customer service especially in this busy time. I really wish I could remember her name I want to say it was Casey but I am really unsure. I do know it was the girl working the cricut station up front.

Found the perfect canvas print of cheery bouquet of flowers for a friend in assisted living. She absolutely loves it! Lots of crafty items. Great fall colors. They have big selection of beautiful, colorful, printable card stock. Really inspiring to walk around & see all the different things.
