My ten year old granddaughter received the best haircut today! Jota was professional, attentive and listened to how she wanted her hair. Such a welcoming and clean place for the entire family.

Got my hair cut here today and am happy with the service. Walked in and was greeted immediately. I have straight pretty fine hair which the barber had no problem with. My cut was done quickly and with an eye for details. When I got home my wife said she loved it.

I recently discovered Upper Cutz Barbershop in Shakopee and was thoroughly impressed. The shop is clean and inviting, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Akili did an outstanding job with my haircut. I'll definitely be returning and recommending this place to everyone I know.

I didn't realize this was a chain barbershop.

Service was good. The Barber that was on duty at the time I went in greeted me as I entered the barbershop even though he was actively cutting another customer's hair.

The Barber that gave me my haircut did a good job. I would go back to him again. The only drawback was he did not speak English, we communicated through Google translate and the poster with various styles of hair cuts.

Communication was effective as he did a good job and I am happy with the hair cut.

I will go back again.

Note: You can make reservations to secure your spot in the queue. Reservations can be made online...I have not tried that feature. I was a "walk in".
