I'd like to specifically leave a review for store associate Rahmour who was our saving grace with an expensive package that was originally lost by USPS. After calling multiple representatives on the main customer service line, we were able to get ahold of Rahmour who was very helpful from start to finish and helped us confirm the location of the package and ensure that the proper procedures were taken to ensure we got it back which originally seemed like an impossible outcome. I cannot say enough great things about Rahmour - great communication, he went above and beyond to assist us, and we are so appreciative he was able to help us see this through as we would've been out a lot of money if the package wasn't able to be located and returned. I’ve had the most pleasant experience of sending package at this post office (9925 Bustleton ave) today.
Lady at the desk was smiling and patiently asked questions to make sure I get services I want, that decreased an anxiety about the package I was sending!

Came in around 12:50 pm and there not a long line. I was greeted by Rija which was very friendly, gave me all of the options for fast delivery, and helped me with a few other questions. Overall, I had a great experience.

The customer service person or mailperson was extremely helpful in assisting my friend to return her package. She gave her all the materials she needed for filling out the label and instructions on what to do with it. My friend's package was then swiftly processed she was billed and checked out in an efficient manor. This post office is located on Red Lion Road near Northeast Avenue. My friend was pkrased with the entire process.

This 5 star review is for JUAN. Great employee, friendly, kind and respectful, always a joy to interact with! Juan is the man. The USPS needs to hire more people like him. Outside of him a few of the ladies are alright and nice, but some others need serious interpersonal training or should be replaced with people that know how to deal with others and not talk down to people. Customers can be difficult but if you can't maintain composure you shouldn't be in this job. One girl used to take my packages and hurl them in a pile like a basketball. Some others have attitudes like theyre doing you a favor for even talking to you at the counter. Eliminate those with attitude problems and have no respect for others, keep the good employees and this place will be alright.

Keisha Alicia and Steve you guys are the best!! Always helping me out and fixing any shipping mistakes I may have and always take the time to explain things to me! They are so sociable and always make it a pleasant visit. I never had to wait longer then 10 mins myself which is great. Some of you snowballs need to lighten up, yes the counters maybe under staffed at times but that's not their fault take it up with the person cutting the checks. Keep up the good work guys!!!

Chanel was very polite and helpful. She offered quick, personable service and got through the line quickly.

Friendly and accomodating. On several occasions I merely needed a receipt for my package. They were able to provide this to me with a hand held device. I was able avoid standing on line.The lines were not very long, what impressed me though was the fact that they always initiated this.

My mom is 87 and the employees took the time to help find a package with her lost medicine. Very nice people

New hours weekdays close at 6pm, weekend hours stay the same. Wayne is a veteran & will help with whatever you need awesome employee. Kisha (not the Kisha from the Martin sitcom) not so much. Kiosk was broken & not fixed for the past year. NOW THAT IT'S FIXED AGAIN, back to 5 stars. Can also print labels online (ebay Amazon) & just drop them in the kiosk which makes life alot easier.

I also work in the transportation business dealing with commodities and freight, but not with the public for a major air carrier. I give these people credit working at the USPS location. It was very busy at 9:50 a.m. on a weekday but the line which was rather lengthy was moving o.k. I had a pretty large item to ship and just wanted a idea of how much it would cost. The employee Thier( didn't get his name was very friendly). $37.34.....That's the price I got. Left....went up Bucks County....did some odds and ends up Thier......and needed room in my vehicle....so went to USPS in Warrington. Same package, same day, and the lady Thier told me $108.00....only 5 hours difference in same day...but different location. She wouldn't budge, didn't want to listen to me...just said.....I'm not sure. Went back to Philly. $37.34! Will is at the counter!!!! Great customer service!!!!! Just a nice all around guy. Terri is another employee Thier... Very curtious, kind, outgoing and helpful. Even the MGR. Was busy....helping, asking if anyone needed assistance. Great USPS ! Thanks for all the help!

The post office is a little run down. Access to po box's has been minimized from seven days a week to six due to safety issues. WTH O K. This is the reason why I chose this post office 7 days a week open access to po box's. Also I chose this location because the po boxes are or were cheap. They are getting expense

2 Things: 1. Besides being slow, like all post offices, the people here work hard and get everything done in a polite manner. The mailmen are also polite.
2: For JAY PEA, 2 comments below me: Where did your parents come from? Are you native american? If not, your family comes from IMMIGRANTS! Sure, eastern europeans can have their flaws, but so do americans. I travel plenty. Go around the world and see our reputation! I am born and raised here, but embarrassed when some ignorant false patriot like you talks down to immigrants! Fraud? Past Criminals? Wow, your accusations are highly ignorant. How about the welfare sucking leeches born in this country who have 5 children so welfare pays them more? How about people who drop out of High school or college because "I have no motivation" Dear JAY PEA, go get bombs dropped on you like in the former yugoslavia or make ends meet in romania or ukraine and then maybe you can appreciate our economic sucess and freedom! I see mexicans and french africans busting their butts in restaurant kitchens, work most americans won't do! I see mostly immigrant children becoming doctors. I see immigrant people owning businesses. Europeans, Indians, Asians, Arabs, South Americans owning trucking companies, convenience stores, restaurants or tire shops. You know why? Because hardship creates ambition! Something a lot of americans lack! I love America and all the DOCUMENTED Immigrants. AS for the undocumented ones, live a good life and get your Stuff together and get your green card. God bless AMERICA for it's opportunities, freedom of choice and economic success!
