Really clean and presentable store. The prices are competitive and there is a wide selection of items from home decor, tools, garden, storage options, and more. Employees are always so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. You don't feel like you're being rushed or bothering anyone when you need help. Definitely recommend coming to this Lowe's. Not sure how other Lowe's compare, but I come here quite often and never had any problems. Bonus... You can bring your dog too! Always fun to be able to bring your fur baby with you places.

I love this Lowe’s and, as of writing this, I can’t say enough to praise the current staff at this location. From the department employees, to the merchandising staff, they all do a fantastic job (well Art not so much… sorry it’s just true). For the most part, they really do want to help, so be nice.

Kevin, the store manager is great, and Phil the assistant manager is awesome (You too Holly!) Even if it’s not the closest one to you give it a shot. It has one of the better layouts and is (mostly) well organized. I’d give more stars if there were more to give. Thanks guys! you all rock. -lr

It's gratifying that every associate knows the correct aisle for every sundry item Lowe's stocks. The washer and dryer section is more interesting than a new car showroom. Can't believe how glitzy and feature-laden those devices have become.

We also spent some time out in the Garden Department; that section is a lush, verdant paradise. The selection of junipers and arborvitaes is outstanding. It is invigorating to browse that section.

Needed help loading an electric hot water heater and a toilet. An associate braved the heat and humidity for a full fifteen minutes to get everything stowed properly; plus ten heavy boxes of floor tiles. Great job, Lowe's of Trevose, Pennsylvania, thank you very much!

They're credit card has been very useful and often is the reason we choose to shop here vs. another home goods store. We had a pipe burst and are reconstructing our living room/dining area. They have nice selections and the paint came out beautifully. I'm awaiting the flooring to see it all come together. Without that credit card and deffered interest rate we wouldn't be able to afford to repair the home. So far very pleased with the products as is the contractor!

Love this Lowe’s because the place it clean, items are not ripped open and mixed together with other items, and customer service it nice and friendly.

Great Customer Service, kind, and caring. I purchased a stacker washer and dryer at a reasonable sale price. I had to return another stacker washer and dryer that did not fit.

Mr. Robert Blanchett help me with making sure I receive my refund because I purchase my stacker washer and dryer with a Home Warranty gift card.

He made sure I could purchase my second items on sale price. He showed me patience, caring and great service. This was a long overdue review and hope he gets recognition for the time spent helping me.

I did not understand how home warranty gift cards work with doing a refund.

I just left this Lowes location and I couldn’t be more happy. I was assisted by an Angel named Amanda she was amazing!!! She’s such a doll. I walked in looking for a vacuum and she talked me through all my options and even showed me a wonderful carpet shampooer (did I spell that right lol) that was on deep discount. I’ve been wanting one but I never pulled the trigger because I couldn’t figure out what was best.
Amanda helped me make a decision and gave me some helpful tips she’s so knowledgeable. She even got the help of another representative named Frank (he was awesome) he was like a knight in shining armor she climbed a tower (the tall tall ladder) to go get the last box off the highest shelf in the store. 🤣🤣 poor Frank he did it with a huge smile and even went to find me a pallet style cart to get everything together on. I’m sooooooooooo happy and I’m glad I met these two because without them I would have been SO LOST. I hope a manager sees this and gives them something nice for them not only doing their job but taking time to stop and be patient with me and talk me through EVERYTHING. I appreciate them and I’ll certainly be coming back for anything else I need for my home! I love it here! They even wished me safe travels getting back home because of the storm today! Wonderful experience. 10 gold stars for Amanda and Frank!

They have everything you need , the employees say hello to you when you are walking around and are willing to assist you if needed, and I was checking out the nice new John Deere lawn tractors,👍

I had an excellent experience at Lowe’s in Feasterville , PA, particularly with Bridget in the appliances department. Bridget’s assistance was invaluable in choosing the right appliances, and the Lowe’s delivery service was flawless—smooth and punctual. Overall, a great shopping and delivery experience!

We were looking for kitchen cabinets and they didn't have much in stock so the women helping us sent us to Bobby and he just tossed us aside as if we were bothering him and didn't want any part in helping us with the new line of kitchen cabinets they will be carrying. We went to the Pro department and spoke with Lisa and Greg. They were so helpful today!! They both went above and beyond to help us pick out everything for our rental home. Thanks for your help 👍

Don't really use home depot as much anymore just when I can't find what I need at Lowes

Friendly helpful and pleasant staff. Knowledgeable tradespeople that can help you find what you need fast. Each Lowe’s in our area is consistently good. They are priced higher than Home Depot on some basic items but also have a better selection of many categories and in general carry higher end goods in my opinion.

I needed a particular type of outlet cover. I wish I could remember the department rep's name because her customer service skills are outstanding. I made this purchase on 6/12/23 about 7:30 am. I hope the Manager sees this review and pass on my review to her.
