We went on a Wednesday night and the food was good and portion sizes were good. However there seemed to be only 3 people working in the entire store at 6pm. The store needed to be cleaned up (trash overflowing,
tables wiped, food line cleaned up, sweep floor, etc.) but I'm sure being short staffed and a long line it was impossible to tidy up.
Management needs to show leadership by providing training and scheduling enough people in order to keep things flowing smoothly. They were out of some items and it would be a good idea to let people know before they wait in line. Several people around us left disappointed. The kids working ( and they all were kids) were friendly and had smiles on their faces.

Always busy, so maybe that's why, but back line kept screwing up my bosses order. First it was wrong order, then, they rolled if the wrong way so all the ingredients are layered. Nothing but rice at one end lmao 🤣 I can laugh cause it wasn't mine
Seriously though it's fast food, wtf?

Placed a mobile app order for a double protein bowl (Chicken & Steak) and received very small portions of both protein and other items. (Rice, beans, Queso)

I’ve had my fair share of double protein bowl orders, almost so much I’ve almost been unable to finish them in the past. I have never been more disappointed with my order from any Chipotle other than this one when it comes to fair proportion sizing, especially when you are willing to pay extra for it as well. My order was that of comparable to even LESS than a single portion order.

Ludicrous, I would’ve rated it lower if the service was bad but it wasn’t, they were great while serving me at the window. About the only positive thing to be said about this location so far.

They dont have enough emplyees for you to order inside. I was desperate so i ordered through the app. The quality was unexpecedly good and good portion size, and the staff was nice even though im sure theyre overwhelmed.

Twice now I've tried food from here and both times the servings have been rather pitiful. Especially since I paid for double chicken. Any other Chipotle I go to the servings feel much larger than this place. Likely won't be returning if the servings will continue to be like this...

Small online order included a steak salad, paid for a steak salad and received a salad without the steak. How does that even happen? Silly me unfortunately not discovered until getting home, had to return to correct the error. Real lack of empathy from staff, how about a simply "sorry for the mistake?" Goes a long way after spending $40 on simple food. Not a great look for a new location.

I see all the complaints on here. I know none of the employees. The employees are working their tail off here. They haven’t stopped and are way behind. I feel for them and if the management wants this play to succeed I would recommend getting them additional helpers. If not the employees you have will go somewhere else and so will your customers. To the current employees I see you and your efforts. Keep your heads up!

This chipotle is HORRENDOUS! If I could give -50 starts I would. They were really good the first few weeks of opening, but they have fallen off so bad. They’re worse than the Hamilton Rd location. We did a pick up order, $50 worth of food and NOTHING WAS RIGHT. We had one veggie burrito, a steak quesadilla and two chicken bowls. They were OUT OF HALF OF THEIR ITEMS, and didn’t tell their customers that they were out. Just keep filling orders. And they’re online only, and can’t even get that right. Then I tried to call the store to speak to a manager and got an automated system to use the Pepper support service which got me nowhere. We will NEVER EVER eat here again. We live in Johnstown and we will drive 35 minutes to Westerville from here on out.

Worst experience ever!

If your dinner plans are to be trapped in a chipotle drive thru then this is the venue for you! Just place your order and prepare to wait 40 minutes for your food with no escape between two concreted curbs. Meanwhile the people in front of you may ask everyone to back out so they can escape before they run out of gas. Keep
In mind you can’t even park and go inside for pick up.. so don’t try they lock the doors early (7pm ish) If this place was not equipped to open, management should not have put these employees in such a tight stressful spot.. and the curbs/ drive thru entry is awful- people need be able to escape.. The one young man rocking it at the drive through, Steven, deserves credit for his hard work and service with a smile; despite everything being completely overwhelming. Steven deserves 5 stars for service. Chipotle should promote him, and work to help this location thrive. I picked up food for family, so I have no comment on the meal.

Order a double meat burrito and received a double wrapped tiny burrito. They put a giant hole in it and instead of rewrapping it, they double wrapped it so it looked decent in the wrapper til you bite into a giant bite of cold flour tortilla. You should be ashamed of your restaurant and what they have become. Shame chipotle shame

Yikes, this Chipotle is a disaster for some reason. They don’t seem to have hired enough people or maybe they don’t order enough supplies and ingredients? I’ve tried to go here 3x and 2 of those times they’ve been closed when they shouldn’t be or just had a sign on the door that they couldn’t take orders. The first time I went there when it first opened there was a single person inside working. That’s it. For a location that was supposed to have both drive through and in store orders. It’s a shame because it’s 5 minutes from my house so we were excited to have a location so close. Don’t go there.
