QDOBA Mexican Eats

One of the nicest fast food restaurants I’ve been to. The people who work there are great, and the manager even came over to our table to check on us. I had a salad, and hubby had a burrito. Great prices for the amount of food you get. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. It was our first time, but definitely not our last.

I had a fantastic experience at Qdoba in New Albany. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. I ordered a burrito bowl with grilled adobo chicken, and every ingredient was fresh and flavorful. The customization options allowed me to create the perfect meal tailored to my tastes. The portion sizes were generous, and the service was quick, even during a busy lunch hour. Overall, Qdoba delivered on both taste and service, making it a top choice for a delicious, quick meal. Highly recommended!

I recently moved to and remodeled a house in New Albany. All of my wife's local family wanted an opportunity to see the place and enjoy a family meal together. We agreed to a date and didn't think it would be a big deal when it was scheduled several months ago. We didn't realize the family meal was going to turn into my MIL'S 70th birthday celebration. However, unpacking took more effort than expected and I wasn't going to have time to organize, clean and make a meal. I decided for the first time in my life to get a meal catered.
It had been determined most of the family was a fan of tacos so I ordered a hot meal to be catered for the birthday party. I ordered enough food for 15 guests and 8 kids. The driver arrived about 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time, did the whole setup, and was pleasant to be around while I was busy with final preparations.
The food was delicious. Everyone had plenty to eat and we had lots of leftovers. I not only recommend for large gatherings and parties but I will definitely use this option for catering in the future.
I did not eat in the restaurant but I did stop in to discuss the service with the manager prior to the event. The environment looked clean and organized but I can't really speak to the experience of eating there, so I only gave that part 3 stars.

We love the freshness of the food and the happy people. We Have gone to the Polaris location for years. The. New Albany location is closer to us and now we can go more often. We used the catering service for a surprise party recently and Ian was wonderful! Took care of setting up everything and I didn’t have to worry about any of it. Everyone loved the food. Haven’t been to a QDoba in many years but with Chipotle in free fall decline, I decided to give it a try and was really happy. Huge portions and free guac and queso! Definitely a much better option.

Mexican food around!! We live in Pickerington but will drive to New Albany or Polaris to get it!! It has great salsa, queso,chips, salads and bowls and quesdillas!! The servers are so friendly!

My family and I come to Qdoba in New Albany once a week and love it as our special / eat out meal for the week . It’s always delicious and fresh. They have wonderful service and great employees who are always cheerful and kind to us . Anyway one Friday night we were sick and placed an online order because we couldn’t come in person, unfortunately that order did get a little messed up . As soon as I realized there was an issue I called the store and spoke with Zack and he told me they would correct our issue. We went in for our replacement meal and the employees literally bent over backwards for us including the manager Ian who was on duty that night . They took time out and spoke to us and just made us feel like they cared and valued us as customers. They went above and beyond and I left there feeling a bit emotional because it’s hard to find a place that actually cares anymore like they did and it made me feel really good. I am a very satisfied customer, I will be returning, and I am so glad that I decided to come to qdoba and leave behind a similar restaurant that does not value the quality of food or their customers. Thank you qdoba see you next week!

My first time coming in to eat and I must say the service was so friendly and fantastic treated me like I was a life long friend plus the food was nice and hot, all fresh just a 10/10

Great portion sizes, and fantastic tasting options at a price that almost doesn't seem possible in 2024. I get a burrito the size of a small child for 8.95...

I just went there this afternoon. First time experience with the restaurant. Had the chips and guacamole. Chips were great, light, airy and just enough salt on them. I'm not a huge guacamole person but it was simple and yummy. I got the chicken bowl in the shell which was amazing. Flavors....perfect! Got a drink on the house because the nice guy at the register said it's a nice day out. Well thank you 😊 Friendly ppl, helpful since my first time. No doubt I will be a returning customer.

Everything I am looking for in a big fat burrito place. None of the portion size shenanigans you find at The Other Place across the street. None of the incessantly out-of-stock key ingredients like tortillas. Service was prompt and smooth.
My only suggestion would be to provide Tabasco brand hot sauces instead of Cholula, but its a nice touch none the less.

OK, It is an obvious thing to compare QDOBA to the Chipotle around the corner. In all categories, this QDOBA wins. The food is better, the service is more cordial, and free guacamole! I really appreciate that the food is much less salty than Chipotle. You can actually taste something other than salt -- like the actual food. So far, I have only had the steak and the brisket for the protein. I think the brisket wins. Surprisingly for me since I love spicy, I prefer the less spicy queso sauce. The guacamole is pretty basic, but there isn't anything wrong with that if you love avocado. I would love to have the option to add cilantro to the meal. It is a flavor that doesn't appeal to everyone, but having it as an add-in should be workable. I have no doubt that this will be our favorite take-out Mexican place. I hope they can keep the quality up.
