Old Orchard Apartments

I really enjoy living here. I have been here for almost 4 years We have an awesome apt. Manager living here too. If anyone signs a lease, read it first like I did, and you won’t have issues. Anyone that wants to live here just needs to abide by your lease agreement. How hard is that? If you mess up and do wrong then you suffer eviction. Plain and simple. If you might be a little late, then talk to management. And if you are expecting company for awhile then call management. They just want a safe living environment and need to know who is who and what they drive, and how long they might be staying. I love that, and it’s not hard to do. I feel safe here and no complaints from me. If I see anything wrong I let management know.

Love living here the apartments are nice and clean when you move in .The property manager is very nice .You can have a flower garden or vegetable garden in front of your patio. The rent here is not high either.The parking lot just been repaved as will

ANGELA IS INCREDIBLE! She helped shovel a parking spot for me when the plow was delayed AND pushed my car. 10/10, couldn’t ask for a better person to rent from!!!

Ang is the best apartment manager ever! She is really kind and I would totally live there but my life is in AZ.

This place used to be wonderful. Through the years it has started falling apart. I would like to know where all the money I pay is going because it's not new amenities or fixing problems.
