Wow! Memories of good ole days past return when you find great mom and pop places like this. The atmosphere is not polished commercial perfection, rather, the interior is a collection of personalized decor with clean tables. The service was quick for the amount of people being served. The food came out quickly and must be one of the best breakfast in years. Not only was the food hot and fresh but the support items such as syrup were warm and the butter was ready to be spread with ease. Attention to the customer experience is rare and a welcome change from pre packages commercial junk. The price and flexibility to the food orders makes the customer feel special. I will be back, and often.

If you're looking for an old-fashioned country style diner where the service is friendly and the prices are good, you have come to the right place. The coffee is hot, and the food is southern. I recommend the Big Boy Burrito, or the Southern Benedict. Or, if you're not as hungry, try a breakfast in a sack. You will leave full!

Our first time here, we walked in and were seated right away. I'm glad we got there when we did. People started showing up, and a line began. Our waitress was prompt to the table and took our drink order and once returning with the drinks proceeded to get our food order.I must say they give you a nice large portion of food. I went with the Big Boy, while my wife had hamburger steak and eggs. All the food came out at one time. Evening was very good. I could have used a little salt during the cooking process on my meal, but everyone is different. I was unable to finish my meal completely, I tried but it was a lot of food. Every employee in there had a smile and was very friendly in their interactions with their customers. I watched as many people came in, and they greeted them by their name. I love little place like this, it was very clean. I look forward to our next breakfast here...

New to the area looking for local owned restaurant for breakfast and we decided to try this restaurant. Definitely recommend this restaurant. Food was hot, service was great.

Family run and great food. Just what you would expect from a small local diner. Tasha was my server and she is a gem.

One of our favorite places in middleburg. We love that their food tastes homemade and you can get lunch or breakfast at any time of the day. Their prices are still reasonable and our favorite server is Sarah. Food is always hot and the sweet tea is always perfect. I will always choose black creek over every other breakfast place.

After hearing A lot of people talk about the black creek cafe we decided to try it for the first time. We were seated immediately and our server greeted us and asked for our drinks. We had a coffee and sweet tea. Coffee and tea were both fresh and we proceeded to order.My husband had an omelette and I had the stuffed croissant. The food was out within 10 minutes and was delicious. We had great service and our sever was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I Highly recommend breakfast here and loved the atmosphere. The cafe is small and clean with an extremely friendly staff.

Had their Big Boy breakfast. Mix of scrambled eggs and diced ham, saugage, and potatoes. Said it was made with three eggs but don't think so (also had double order of scrapple which was delightful; as their menu noted, it's a Yankee thing). Service was delightful. She was fast, friendly, and refilled cups and glasses without being asked. Added to meal. Place is a nice take on old time diner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This place is THE place for pancakes. I don't know about you, but an almost 8" pancake is bananas...
We ordered the big boy plate, the breakfast special and a pancake.
My hubby is a big boy, and he had to take some food home. He stated "I guess I'm not such a big boy"

This place is a true gem! The best breakfast I've had in a long time! The staff made you feel like they've known you forever and it was packed yet we were seated right away and received our food very quickly after ordering! They are doing it right.

Y'all popped up on my Facebook sometime last year and I saw pictures of the food and wanted to try.
This morning the wife and I drove from Jacksonville to Middleburg to try this restaurant. We were very pleased with the food and friendly service. We will definitely be back.

Have been going here for over 2 years with my family on weekends for breakfast or lunch. The food is always great and correct. The service is always wonderful and they are so nice and accommodating. They know if my grandson is ordering a hamburger he wants EXTRA pickles and makes sure he gets them.
They bust their butts waiting on everyone and always singing some of the country songs that are playing.
I highly recommend going to BLACK CREEK CAFE!!

Let me start by apologizing for not coming here sooner !!!! This place is freaking delicious 😋 From the time we walked in and saw the simple yet modern decor he had high hopes.

The food was absolutely delicious not a thing wrong. I added salt and pepper to my food out of habit and it wasn't needed. The grilled chicken and bacon omelet was phenomenal (I added onions and peppers). The home fries were crisp on the outside and soft in the middle. I ordered a side of the sausage gravy top my potatoes and man let me tell you I found heaven in my mouth.....yes that good. I mean even the english muffin was good and I hardly eat the bread with my breakfast.

Black Creek is a place where everyone smiled when they walked in and had even bigger smiles when they left. IHOP, Waffle House, Dennys can not compete with the quality of service, the serving size and down right customer service. So good I took a picture of me smiling when I walked out

This is our regular cafe for breakfast and lunch. Always clean, short wait on the weekends around 10, good food and the best waitress staff.

Good eats. Understaffed but you wouldn't notice as they made up for it even though they were relatively busy. Menu variety is bountiful. Service was very good. Restaurant was clean, coffee was good, food was outstanding and great value for your money. Great job - get out and support local businesses.

First time here and didn’t realize they closed at 2pm but they welcomed us evening walking in at 1:50pm. The food was great and the ladies were so super friendly. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the great food and hospitality!

Great breakfast quick service lots of good interesting choices. Corned beef hash was awesome.
