Fantastic company to deal with and they make a beautiful RV.

I have a 2017 aspin trail 2810bhs, The heater already went out, I only had a year warranty and decided to see if I could fix it, when I took the cover off the side of the rv, there was metal shavings from the factory shorting out the control board. Good job guys on not taking care of debris in an important part of an electrical system. Last Dutchman I buy, I wish I would have known.

I purchased a new 2020 (Dutchman) Kodiak Ultimate 2922FKDS. I guess the model does not matter but what I wanted to say in this review is just STAY AWAY FROM DUTCHMAN PRODUCTS.
This is my third RV and by far the worst made, then couple that with the worst customer service and then Dealer I have ever dealt with. I only wish I had the money so I could afford to drive up to the gates of their manufacturing facility, create a large crowd and get the media there, then light this RV on fire. Horrendous product with customer no-service to match! This industry has gotten worse and worse, I only wish now we had gone with our original plan of buying a luxury Touring vehicle and seen North America that way. At least the car & truck manufacturers are putting out better quality products, not hand assembled "I could care less about quality" products as the RV industry does!

I have had the trailer for 10 months and it’s been in the shop for 122+ days.

Some of the issues I can remembers are:

-Slide motor went out
-Water leaking into rear door and getting under Lino flooring
-water leaking into storage area
-separation of underflooring(keystone acknowledges the issue but won’t fix it)
-dvd player shuts down randomly
-grey water tank flooding underbelly
-countless trim issues
-sofa needed replaced
-microwave didn’t work
-cracks in roof sealants
-rear door(under bunks) not sealed against wall
-plumbing leaks

I’m sure I’m forgetting a few.

The customer service is poor. They don’t care about their customers as soon as you leave the lot.

Very rude phone tech named Sarah ,was very unhelpful and un professional. This is one of many Dutcman issues
