Jack's Family Restaurants

Jacks is a fast food chain regional to Alabama and I wanted to try this place. They have burgers, fried chicken and breakfast foods. The store is clean and the employees are friendly. The sweet tea is really good and so is the Big Jack burger. The fries are also pretty good. I tried the new bourbon BBQ boneless wings and they were delicious they were nice and crispy and almost tasted like Chinese food.

Delicious food as usual. Had a drive-through lady speak really fast yesterday morning and was rude to my wife in the drive-through and didn't even say thank you, have a nice day nothing. I typically eat at the Jacks off Hughes Road in Madison and they are always super kind and the food tip top. Normally this location is great and this morning was really good. Only had one incident yesterday which is why I didn't give the service 5 stars.

Exceptional customer service Brandi , Manager Latonya and her staff are very polite positive attitude and atmosphere. I always come here me and my wife the food is hot and fresh and never have a problem with courtesy ,thank you guys for hiring these wonderful women .

Jack's in Meridianville, AL. had the best biscuits! They have the best biscuits because they actually butter them. Everyone else seems to be stingy with the butter, but at this place, they slather it on. Nowhere, can you get a better breakfast biscuit, with a hot buttered biscuit and bacon in every bite!

Always have good food and service

Well... 3rd time I went in the same week. Order wasn't right Either time. I finally got a manager to answer the phone. Told her I wasn't ask for anything for free, just please get the orders right. She said she would replace my combo. Slow service / cold food. Not the same. I do understand that help is hard to find, they had people but they aren't properly trained.

Wife stopped in early this morning, didn't wanna wait on the line at others. Boy did she make the right choice. I in no way shape or form, could have made that breakfast my self any better. First off I'm NOT a biscuit fan, however these along with the sausage gravy where amazing. Hash rounds cooked to perfection, grits exactly 💯 steak and chicken biscuits perfect. I haven't eaten at jacks in years, today made it a regular stop.

Ruby was very professional and had great customer service. The store was clean and the service was prompt. And might I add the food was delicious. It feels good to know that there are still genuine people in the world that are kind and courteous. She was awesome and so was the other staff!

We did a ( all nighter) at church. At 5:45 everyone loaded up. Headed to Jack's for some early morning breakfast. They was so patient and kind for all those orders. I will be back to Jack's

Our first time at a Jack’s as we were passing through - we ordered cheeseburgers and a chicken finger dinner with mashed potatoes, biscuit and green beans. It was really good! We were impressed for a fast-food joint. Keep up the great work. 03/13 5:00P.

YummY! I had the chicken biscuit for breakfast. It's the real deal, fried chicken breast. Not some scraps of chicken glued together. The biscuit was homemade from scratch. We'll be back♡

Love the front counter employees. They seem to be happy all the time. They talk to customers as they have known them there whole life. They get our order right every time.

I have never been to a fast food restaurant for breakfast that was good as Jack's. I ordered a bacon and cheese biscuit with hashbrowns. My husband ordered One big breakfast platter with all your Southern favorites: two eggs scrambled. Homestyle grits and hash browns. Savory sausage gravy. And a made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuit. All served with a choice of meat. The price is great as well. The food taste like scratch homemade home cooking.

Waited in line for 30 mins no one ever came to box. I pulled to window refused to take my order and told me to go around and get back in the long line. I will never eat here again. Worst customer service ever. I just wanted two milkshakes

Mr. Graylon is amazing. Need more employees like him. I really wish ppl stop applying to Jobs they hate then make others miserable. I know good help is hard to find. But thank you for making things 1000% better.
