The Staff is amazing. The install crew "the twins" where very clean and professional. My sales rep Jim Walson is very professional and courteous. Prices are great and had my install done on the time they promised. This is my second time using them and will use them again on my next project.

The two installers, Ray and Jeff were amazing! I am picky and I had no worries because they did a professional job. My floors turned out perfect and they both were so nice and made me feel comfortable. I would 100% recommend these two young men. Ray and Jeff you are perfectionist! I am proud of the job you did!!

I will definitely go back to Dicks Carpet one when I change out my carpets in the bedrooms! I will also look for Jim my salesman as he was no hassle and stress free which made my decision easier to go with Dick’s Carpet one in Diamond Springs.
