It was a long day for us, we we're so very tired and exhausted when we went into the Levi Store we got so much help they were such Awesome employee's, greatest help, Thank You

The staff here was friendly and helpful. They also ordered sizes not available for me and shipped to my home at no additional cost. In an era when it is hard to be acknowledged when you enter a business, I must recognize and applaud real customer service!

I love a bargain and we got one here. The manager helped us himself and was very helpful and knowledgeable to what my fiance needs were. It was a pleasure and we will be returning

Went in on vacation to grab jeans for my husband and it was a great experience. Because they only allow so many people in the store, it gives you a one on one experience which was nice. The gentleman who helped me was SO nice and gave me a great recommendation. I didn't know the difference between any of the different jeans (501 vs any others) and he pointed out what he was wearing and what he liked about them. So that is what I bought and my husband said they couldn't have been more perfect. I really appreciated the help and awesome staff

My wife and her two sisters from Japan-- age 83 and 79--wanted to go shopping at the Williamsburg mall, a 2 hour drive from our house in the Northern Neck.
Shopping is not my favorite things to do, but my wife an her sisters love to shop. Moreover, had I not driven them there, I would've been in big trouble.
We split up right after I parked the car, sisters one way me another. I found a Levi store and bought a fleece lined denim jacket I'd been looking for forever. I got a ten percent discount for giving the sales clerk my email address. Then I found a Crock store that had Crocks for going outside in wet weather. The clerk gave me 25 percent discount because I was a senior citizen and a veteran. This day was starting to look pretty good. I decided to sit on a bench and wait for the sisters to walk by. I saw them but my wife didn't recognize me because I was wearing my new jacket.
We ate at a Japanese restaurant operated by Koreans.
Everyone enjoyed themselves. I suggest going on a week day as we did because I understand weekends have lots of shoppers.

Love this outlet. Male cashier w/curly hair had good customer service. Plus, there were alot of good sales today too.
