Black Rock Coffee originated in Oregon and has one of the better tasting coffee varietals from the Pacific North Wonderland ( West ).
They've opened an establishment in Peoria, which serves the same wonderful blends of coffee that Oregon has known and loved.
Being the desert, though, they do have iced coffee styles to compete with the rigors of the Southwest environment.
They serve fabulous drinks, with a nice variety of pastries included.

Can’t say much on atmosphere as I don’t really go in, BUT, the coffee and service is always phenomenal!!!!! This is my go to spot for my latte! The espresso is delicious and has amazing flavor compared to the “other place” I used to go to. It just tastes good. And the people in the drive thru are always very friendly and kind. They always make conversation. Never had any issues with orders and always the best! Love the points program, the specials they do, the holiday bonuses etc :)

As always a great experience at a Black Rock coffee shop. I’ve been to both as a frequent guest in Scottsdale this was my first time here. Great vibe, wonderful service and the coffee is great!! Highly recommend.

This location has been doing such a fantastic job lately! I stop by almost every morning on my way to work and haven't had to have a drink remade in a long time.

Stopped by on Mother's Day and it was so incredibly busy!! The staff was so nice even though they had a giant lobby full of people (some being very rude because there was a small wait), and a huge line at the drive through, they still killed it. Thank you guys so much!!! You are awesome and I appreciate you!

Great little coffee shop that is my go-to when visiting our North Peoria location.

The service is always excellent and friendly, they are very busy at times yet friendly despite the many coffee orders.

The coffee itself is wonderfully roasted, far better than other franchises. Not too bitter with plenty of caffeine to get you going morning, afternoons or into the evening when working on a big project.

I especially enjoyed the space as it was easy to find a comfortable spot to work.

Highly recommended.

Best coffee Ive ever had! They had a great variety of drinks. I always opt for a cold brew with cream. And the service is amazing. The staff are always so friendly

Place was pretty busy on a Sunday afternoon, but I still received friendly, fast service. I really appreciated the smiles from the staff. These are good people!

Visiting from out of town, I stopped to try a new coffee shop and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it is. Will definitely be back on my next visit.

I asked the drive thru employee that I wanted to try a Fuel Energy Drink sweat was her favorite kind? She recommended a Pixie and oh my goodness it is delicious! I am in love! I will be back to have another one or another recommendation.

I absolutely love black rock coffee bar... Not only is the staff the very BEST but their Caramel Blondie chiller is just what you need to cool you off and pick you up!

We have been here many times and it's always solid. We went on mothers day and the drive thru line was crazy. The girl outside taking orders ended up skipping our car so we ordered at the window. It seemed like this messed up the cashier system but the girl working the window handled it really well even though it looked like it was stressing her out.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of the surrounding area which was useful for us. The place was clean and felt very open. We will definitely be back.

Come here to get some work done every couple of weeks. Love the food and drinks and the atmosphere is great. Plenty of seating however there isn’t very many plugins so that’s a bummer. But everything else is good.

Great customer service and great coffee! Food is horrible, but that is ok. It is a coffee shop, I'm going for the coffee not the food.

I do, however, wish that the baristas would at least act like they're happy to be there. I'm never asked about my rewards and mostly greeted with a flat looks and empty eyes.
I loved my mint chip chiller and sweet roll today! But if I may offer a suggestion... take the raisins out of the sweet roll 😝 I'm white but, not that white!

Friendly, but not overbearing staff. Quality, delicious products, great service and always clean. Even when the line is long, it goes quickly. Easily one of the best coffee choices around! Has recently become a little inconsistent in terms of product quality.
