Took time to show how everything worked, how to clean and use it. Made sure it fits good. Never had a C-Pap myself, my parents did. The one I was given is not as loud as my parents had. So hopefully now I can get a good night sleep and wake up more rest.

It's time to replace my PAP machine. I was contacted by Florida Home Care to make an appointment. I arrived and checked in. The tech provided me with my new machine and explained it fully. It's just like the old one, but a newer model, so I was quite familiar with it. The tech knew that but did show me some things. She took her time to fit me with my mask. She was extremely helpful and considerate.

Pleasant experience, the session was very informative, love the new C-pap and mask, Jennifer and the staff was awesome!

Jennifer, the RT who helped me, was knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant, and thorough. The mask she provided is much more comfortable than the one I was using. I suspect I will get much better results on my OSA parameters and symptoms over time.

Daniel did an amazing job explaining to me why I need to use this cpap. He was patient and answered all my questions. Best therapist hands down..plus he has my name! :)
