This was my first experience (and my pups) with grooming at PetSmart. I was a little hesitant at first but I am so pleased with how everything went and how well Penn did with my Tucker! She did exactly what I asked and I couldn’t be happier! I will definitely be using Penn at PetSmart again!

There employees are very polite. And the grooming area I love the way they treat my dog.

Kim Hunt is a awesome trainer. She has been a trainer at Petsmart for 17 years. I brought my rescue Jax into her beginning class. She worked with him and I. She was patient and kind with us. He was very scared of everything at first. But as we then went through the intermediate and the advanced class his confidence grew. She always made sure she went the extra mile to make sure he was comfortable. Take her classes you won't be disappointed.

Like the variety of special food they offer. Grooming services have been wonderful. The Petsmart off of Evans Road has worked out perfectly over the years of going. Alex has been Zeus’s groomer and we have been really happy with the service 🥰🌼🌺🌸🥰

I don't have words to describe the love and care my dog received from Virginia and the other groomers here. Sara and i will forever be greatful for our experiences over the last several years. Thank you!

Kim at Petsmart on 192 is an awesome dog trainer! She worked on all levels with my one year old French Bulldog. She even got him through CGC training & test! My puppy was so well trained by her. He has been accepted into VITAS to visit hospice patients! She is the best!

Grooming Salon, my stylist Katelyn is fantastic with my Golden Doodle. Gia comes out always looking GREAT. I recommend Katelyn to everyone. The whole crew are always friendly and supportive.

I am a mobile dog groomer and I love shopping for grooming items at Petsmart. They have the most more so than any of the pet store around if I don't have time to order my stuff online.

It was a struggle didn’t know how to handle Luna the pit-bull due to her situation! With Ms. kim’s help we have been able to diligently control Luna and has shown amazing improvement since we started! I see a new dog and I’m so glad we had ms. Kim to help with all corrections. What a blessing! Thank you looking forward to more training!

There is a very amazing person named Carrie that will absolutely take care of any of your pets in the grooming department just ask for her. She will not only love cuddle spoil your canine companion but also she always provides spectacular results!!!

Really helpful and nice people here. Close and convenient to get my crickets and meal worms for my critters.

THE BEST PET SMART I’VE EVER SHOPPED IN !! Super clean, well stocked with very kind helpful employees ! This place is aces ! I’ve been to at least 2 dozen other stores - we travel up and down the east coast of the country often. Keep up whatever it is you are doing Petsmart on Evans in Melbourne

Megan in the aquarium fish department is very helpful and knowledgeable about aquarium critter care.

I love Kim Hunt's training classes. Here is Booboo that was in Kim's classes over 15 years ago, and our new babies, Winky and Dobby, have the same wonderful teacher, Kim Hunt.

Great variety and excellent customer service. Clean and spacious store with roomy aisles and very easy layout for your convenience and navigating through the store. Love it

Clean, orderly and convenient. You can buy exactly what your pet eats instead of paying for the packaging of all different
things he doesn't like that will only go to waste.
