I came in from out of state and realized that I was missing a very important piece of my mask. I went to aerocare and they helped me with all my needs. Best customer service I've gotten from a company in a long time. Keep up the good work!

The staff were nothing but awesome and didn’t try to push any extra products or services that weren’t wanted or needed. They were through in their demonstration of how the machine marked and made sure you knew how to use it before you left their office. The only thing that sucked was having to wait 4 weeks for my machine to arrive but who isn’t having supply issues these days. I would definitely recommend aero care for your CPap needs. They were also formerly known as Matrix if your pulmonologist gives you that name.

Excellent service! The staff is very friendly!

No empathy. People come here unable to breathe at night and they would rather play power trips and allow you to suffer than expedite things. Billing is also a nightmare. They’ll claim you didn’t pay and bill you with a late fee even after you show them multiple sources of proof (credit card statement, confirmation email, etc). These people ought to be ashamed of themselves for making people with serious issues like OSA suffer.

If I could give 0 stars i would. They never respond to refits for mask or even contact if contacted by the doctor. The worse company I have dealt with in my life.
