Carson Ridge Apartments

The dream of Carson ridge apartments. I have lived in these apartments fifteen years all of them with my late brother Walter. last December Walter passed away.carson ridge management provided assistance in the form of COVID relief equal to one year of rent! I however became to sick to care for myself.i found myself unable to assist the new manager in locating the proof of said aid,and was evicted.still the dream of returning remains .

New management is so amazing! Things are cleaned up and no longer feel like having to walk on egg shells. Management and maintenance people are so great and so kind. Be careful with neighborhood kids. Most are terrible and bullies.

New management has improved how things are done around here tremendously. Management is fast to ensure reasonable accommodations are made for handicap people like myself.
Our new maintenance man has been great and is quick to respond if/when anyone needs help. Being handicap and living in an upstairs apartment, he always makes sure that safety issues are taken care of like salting stairs when icy etc... and always greets people by their first names.
Since last summer they have put in basketball courts, tether ball poles, hop scotch, as well as community events during the summer that all the neighborhood kids have a blast at.

The new management is way better than the old one, they actually fix things inside your apartment. Kids actually play outside now neighbors are semi-more friendly! The outside is looking better and better every day!

Lived here almost 8 years now , been through alot of managers and maintenance people. Sabrina was the best by far! She's the reason there's good reviews and she will be missed along with her husband who was the maintenance man, also the best we had!

Community is okay if you keep to yourself. Neighbors just don't seem to want to get along. It's fairly quiet around the complex, but you can hear through the floor/ceiling like paper if you don't have music or television on. I wouldn't let my kids play outside alone, ever, even the older ones, because the children around here are wilder than the adults. Washing machines are a bit pricey, but the wash rooms were recently redone and look very nice. Maintenance is done quickly since new repairman took over.

Low-income apartments management is horrible the tenants are even worse do not live there or go anywhere near there

How long must one live in these apartments before getting carpet replaced or new paint? 15 years? My friend is afraid he will get kicked out if he pursues the issue.
