I have lived at these apartments for nine years and recently decided to move closer to my partners new job, but let me tell you, if I could take Cheryl (the property Manager) with me, I would. She has been so sweet and caring and makes you a priority. She makes herself available for everyone's needs and works tirelessly to make sure all the residents are cared for. She will be sorely missed. The apartments are great, very spacious, caring property staff and a beautiful location next to the fairgrounds.

Good family environment. Kids get to enjoy the playground and pool. Absolutely beautiful Placerville Sunset. 4th of July you can see the Fireworks. Manager runs a tight ship, property stays clean ,with a feeling of safety. I can honestly say I love coming home.

New review 5/15/23 There is a good Manager here and she does her job well. Very pleasant now to live here ! It's quiet and NO more problems.

Manager is very rude and disrespectful! Didn't move thare because the manager was very rude and intrusive to the point of being nosey! If they get a new manager, I would reconsider living there.
