Right when I thought there was no hope in fixing my phone that got damaged at the pool, ubreakifix came to the rescue and replaced my screen in less than 1 hour and I got a screen protector for free! I appreciate you guys sooooo much! THANK YOU ❤❤

My wife dropped her Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra while on vacation in Florence, Italy. We found a Samsung Customer Service Center in Rome but they wouldn't look at it other than to say the phone had to be repaired in the USA. We found a break/fix shop but they required at least 4 days and we were leaving for home in 3 days. Once home, we opened a claim online which took all of 10 minutes, We then dropped the phone off at the store expecting it to take at least a couple days. But the tech told us to come back in 2 hours and when we did the phone was fixed. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!!

The Asurion technician was very customer oriented and knew exactly what to do. He removed my ZAGG protective screen, the I-Phone glass was not broken, only the protective cover. I was under the impression that the Verizon store would give me a reduced price on a new protective screen, but the Verizon person said no. I would have to contact ZAGG. I went ahead and purchased the ZAGG at full price. I really appreciated the technician's on time service arrival and helpful hints.

Sarah was great. She let us know when she was on her way to us and with just a signature, she fixed the phone (smashed screen) within 15-20 minutes out in her repair vehicle.

My phone had a small chip out of the top right corner. That damage shut down my screen, turning is green. Through Verizon i was able to schedule an appointment & UBreakIFix repaired my screen in an hour.

Really nice and when I got it fixed and it ended up being a defective screen they had no problems fixing it at no cost because of their warranty

Brought my Google Pixel Fold here the guys were super helpful! They pointed me in the right direction for my issues, I ended up getting my phone replaced through Verizon Extended Warranty.

Top quality customer service

Had a problem with my phone. Manufacturer recommended uBreakiFix for a repair. Talked with Cameron for some time about options, and he ordered a part for me- sight unseen.
Later that same day: Manufacturer recommends I send my phone back to them instead. Cameron canceled the part order with style. In addition, he took a minute to give me some good feedback about the particular issue at hand - even though he/uBreak wouldn't have benefitted from it. That's proper customer service. Would definitely recommend

The manger was very helpful. Took my galaxy z fold 5 and said that they might not have it ready by the end of the day, but for sure the next day. Well to my surprise, I received a text message stating that my device was fixed and ready for pickup within 2hrs. These guys are awesome! I highly recommend them.

Seemed to be the most inexpensive way to fix a Samsung S22 Ultra w/ a cracked screen with no insurance. They also followed Samsung's testing standards, guaranteeing the phone is waterproof again.
