This company is the absolute best! They overhauled my 25-yr old Horn in 2020 and it looked and played great! And, after I accidentally backed over it this past June, they were able to get the necessary parts and completely overhaul it again and it looks and plays great!(again) I highly recommend them for any repair work!

Southeastern is awesome. It only took a week to do a full repair of my instrument. They were super nice and explained everything that needed to be done and the cost. There were no extra fees when I picked it up. Definitely recommend.

Rental rates are slightly cheaper than other options. I feel like I got a very fair deal on a good trumpet for my son. Will be back for the great customer service.

I went in this morning for emergency repairs on three instruments after they fell on the ground last night when I have three performances in the next two days. Some valves and tubing were bent on my instruments. I went in right at opening, they took care of me right away, kept me posted throughout the process, and were finished within an hour for a very reasonable price!
They did great work on my instruments and they feel better than they did before. I can’t recommend these guys enough!

This is my go to place for instrument servicing and repair. They've worked on our flutes, piccolos, trumpets and antique saxophone. Always a great experience at a good price. Even when my kids had dropped their instrument and bent the valve train.

I have had one instrument cleaned and dings fixed up. One was repaired and they made me aware of issues I didn’t realize were a problem. (I am not a music person, it was a real issue not an up sale) Today I took in an instrument to have it fixed, not only did they fix it, but they taught my son how to fix it in the future. This place came highly recommended for their quality work but also their integrity and they have proven themselves on every occasion to live up to that praise.

I've used these guys many times, and they are great! The people who work there are actual players, so they know what's best for your instrument, and they may cost quite a bit, but quality won't be compromised. If they a single thing different than what they originally said, they will call and tell you before they do it, if you want them to. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting their old school instrument looking new.

Great worksmanship! I've had my trumpet for over 35 years and after many military moves it got pretty dented up and the lacquer was coming off in many place. Took it to them and for a very reasonable price they made it look and sound brand new! I highly recommend them if you have any musical instrument needs.

They are really nice and honest. I went in because I thought one of my screws was broke. Instead of agreeing and taking it in for major repair, they just told me it was loose and tightened it free of charge. Would TOTALLY recommend!

Southeastern has serviced a Besson baritone, a Yamaha euphonium and 2 trumpets (Yamaha & Bach) for our family. We have never been disappointed. Coming soon...our newest musician on the clarinet. The work is top notch and always early from the completion date quoted. Many thanks to the crew!

They did an awesome job on my flute. They polished it, replaced the cork, and did a pad replacement for a fairly reasonable price. They were also very polite and did it in a short amount of time.

Went in and had a C.G Conn 32k Bb Sousaphone, with the classic vintage ‘Naked Lady’ emblem on the bell (Satin Silver finish with Gold Wash bell) that I was using for marching band at Hazel Green High School, chemically cleaned and the results were phenomenal! Even my band director was shocked, as before it was completely covered in tarnish. It was an ugly duckling and now it’s a pretty peacock. FYI it was a school owned instrument, and I genuinely care about the well being of all musical instruments even if they are not my own. Most kids in high school band just don’t care about their instruments. There needs to be an instrument care and basic maintenance course offered at the high school and even the early college level. There’s no reason why school owned instruments should be neglected to the level that I’ve seen.

They did a great job on my Yani tenor sax overhaul. Felt good and played well. Reasonably priced too. Recommended.
